Great service. Knowledgeable salesperson. Good inventory. Found exactly what we wanted. The process to buy a car was simple and efficient. The car is what we were looking for.

Car was ready way sooner than expected, and fixed right! Came in for an electrical repair, got a loaner, They ordered parts I had it back incredibly fast!. No muss/fuss.

Our Salesman, John, was wonderful to work with.

Our Salesman, John, was wonderful to work with. He guided us through all the steps to purchase our 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. He also was very personable and informative while answering all our questions. We also dealt with Matt from Finance. He helped us a couple times with post sale questions and was always very helpful.

I purchased my new Hyundai from AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare

I purchased my new Hyundai from AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare a few weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with the new vehicle, and I was very satisfied with most of my interactions with the dealership. After choosing a couple of vehicles to drive, I made my choice and we began negotiating. This is where we hit the one major roadblock in the process. The F&I manager I dealt with originally seemed intent on showing me who was "boss" rather than helping me get the facts I needed to proceed with the sale. I was on my way to walk out, but popped into the GM's office on my way out the door. Jim was interested enough to intervene and save the sale. Afterwards, and with a different F&I manager, things went very smoothly and I am very happy with the resultant sale.
