The absolute worst / MATHEW IS A LIAR DO NOT WORK WITH

The absolute worst / MATHEW IS A LIAR DO NOT WORK WITH HIM - he begged me for a week to come down there to that dealership and promised all this xxxx - as soon as I walked in there he was no where to be found and nothing that he promised me was true. He begged me for a whole week to come into his dealership. I didn’t go because I knew they were LIARS - and exactly what I said was going to happen is what happened. Wasted an hour of my time. For a whole week even had to block him. And then when I got there the script flipped they are fraud -

WILL NEVER GO BACK.

WILL NEVER GO BACK. Let me explain. Took my Kia Soul in for service. The service department was fine. BUT!! The sales department had music, yelling, and screaming SO UNGODLY LOUD, that not even my noise cancelling headphones could not block it. I have never dealt with any business that has such a "dont give a xxxx" attitude about their customers. I will NEVER endure such an unprofessional business again. DO NOT GO HERE!!

From the Time I stepped in the door I was treated with respect, much patience, because I couldn’t decide what I wanted after test driving several vehicles. Working with SIERRA, I purchased my first vehicle and am so proud of myself. Surburo Customer service from the beginning, over all great experience. I'm bragging on Sierra to all my friends. Buying a new car is stressful and expensive.

Buying a new car is stressful and expensive. But working with sales rep Laith was my best experience yet. He worked hard to keep my needs first. He brought on other members to make sure my needs were met. He made an impossible request happen as much as he could. I say if you are looking to buy a new car he is the guy you need.

The experience was professional, fast, and accommodating.

The experience was professional, fast, and accommodating. I started out at the Kia dealership in Shoreline, WA, and was receiving OK service, but the management seemed not to be willing to accommodate myself and my wife on a Sunday afternoon. During a test drive, we called my nephew, who had recently purchased a Kia Soul, and he said to go to Kia in Renton, WA. I called, and the sales manager, Darian Cheeth, met me and delivered with professionalism, patience, and most of all, the willingness to accommodate my payment plan and vehicle needs for my wife and family.

Would Not Recommend

I bought a new car from them & it was a nightmare getting my 1st oil change done there. 1 month + wait just for that & you have to sit in the lobby for hours. If you have the warranty you must get it done from a KIA dealer so it forces your hand. Luckily when I bought the car I declined the oil changes for life there. Not free! The sales/finance men added a couple thousand dollars for it to my paperwork anyhow but luckily I caught it. Very very shady dealer & awful service dept. Also, Desmond in service needs some training on customer service. He comes across as rude & cuts people off instead of listening. Also, it says there are free snacks in the waiting area. There weren’t. Just an expensive vending machine that you are forced to use because you are starving after having to wait hours for your oil change to be done. With an appt!

5000 Stars for Tran

Everyone at the dealership seemed very nice. Tran was my salesperson and she was very professional. I really appreciated not being bounced around to a number of people to purchase my vehicle.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORKMAN SHIP: Thanks, Beth

I am sure all the service writers are excellent at CP Kia Renton, but Beth Is The BEST! Every time I am there, her knowledge of my car, service and time required is on point. I have found with past vehicles, if the dealer provides great service and you use it - your vehicle will run very well for a very long time. Best I have done is 260,000 miles on a Jeep Sport. Love my EV and the service Car Pros Kia provides. Beth, I will be back for my next regularly scheduled service.

Great Purcase Experience

Began the auto purchase process via phone from California where I live. Continued via text and email. My sales associate, Kamea was very easy to deal with and he provided me all the info I needed to come to a purchase decision. When I had to come in a day earlier then planned, to purchase the car, he set me up with a colleague, Richard who led me through the process rest of the way. I always felt like they were “on top of things” and kept me updated all the way. Very thorough in all aspects of buying, going through finance and getting the car prepped and ready! I was on a very tight time frame and it all worked out thanks to attentive service! Thanks guys! Paul
