Don’t get ripped off!!!

This business is a 100% rip off. You should be very careful about buying from this dealership. The first thing you should know is this!! They charge a $899 document “FEE” !! Then I was told “ it’s the law” well very quickly they knew they were not dealing with a dummy. Don’t let that so call “warranty fool you. You will pay for that warranty in all the extra fees you are going to pay. Ever ever, if anything has the word fee attached to it it’s not the law, it is extra money (free money) that you are being rated out of. It’s just like paying taxes on things you buy. It’s a “ sales tax” not a buy tax. The person selling is responsible for paying “ sales tax” but somehow businesses pass that tax on to you, the buyer. Should be illegal!! Just imagine paying a $900 document fee and financing it for the period you financed your car for. A bigger rip off!! Just another example of a business taking advantage of poor people and their ignorance. But I can assure you, they ran into the wrong person today!! Do not pay those fees!!! You will be a special kind of person to pay someone to buy something from them.

Frustrated buyer

I am in the market for a used truck, and have tried to use your your website to find my truck. You would think you could serch "pickup" then sort by maker if needed... i am done with Priority, my wife car was bought from Priority Nissan a couple years ago and ever since all i get from them is hassle always calling me to see if i want to upgrade my car. This also is another reason i will not be using them for my current and future cars purchases.

Lost keys while vehicle was being serviced

I went to pick up my vehicle that had been serviced to see what was wrong with the rear latch gate. Waited for about 30 minutes, and they could not find my keys. They had to get another key, which inconvenience me and my plans for the rest of the day because I had to wait another two hours for them to get another key. Not very good customer service, when you trust someone with your vehicle and they can?t even be responsible for the keys.

nasty service

My mom went in one day to ask about trading in my car that she is still making payments on. She told a guy that works at this place that comes in her job frequent that we went there and he asked us to come in and talk to him. We go there and he tells her that he didn't know we had already been in there. The guy was not listening to my mom talk and started yelling at my mom assuming she was trying to tell him that he didn't know what he was talking about. My mom was not saying that. She was simply asking him a question and whether he understood her question or not its up to him to help my mom understand what he was saying and for him to answer any of her questions as we were potential customers. The guys name was Mr. Beamer. He works at the priority on s crater rd in Petersburg. Other dealers there were very nice. This man acted like it would hurt him to answer her question. The second time we went to this place was w horrible experience. Ask for anyone besides Mr beamer
