Although my day seemed long at the end I came away with a positive experience. Everyone is great and very helpful they were very diligent at their job. They were so determined that I would not leave there without positive experience each and every one would walk by and say I heard some good news they made sure I didn't get discouraged. I highly recommend this team to get your car or truck needs met they will work their hardest to get you everything you want.

I was looking for a reliable car with a lower budget. JG showed me a couple of cars in my price range. I was very concerned about the reliabilty of the car only because of my pervious purchase from another seller. I didnt want to go through the hassel i was already going through all over again and with a low budget thats hard to find. JG made sure i got exactly what i wanted! He even test drove it after me to make sure he was comfortable with saying the car was reliable. He even made reccomadiations about what may be needed soon. Overall the experience was 5 stars. The folks at Auto Selection of Charlotte are super nice. Larry is upfront and a honest fellow to work with. I was looking for a specific vehicle. I found the car online and contacted them by e-mail. Auto Slelction of Charlotte responded promptly and set up an appointment. Upon my arrival, I was impressed by Larry who seemed to be anticipating my arrival. Larry and Kas were informative and allowed me to take my time inspecting the car. I have purchased many vehicles including cars, turcks, and motorcycles. I have to say The whole atmosphere at Auto Selection of Charlotte is of the highest quality. We plan to "close the deal" soon. This has been by far the best auto buying experience I have ever had!!

I have been looking to purchase my third Expedition for a while, just keeping my eye out, looking for the "perfect" one. I have a large family (eight children) so I needed a large vehicle. Our previous Expeditions served us well. My first one was loaded but my second one was "stripped"--none of the bells and whistles--so I could get the ninth seat. However, this time, I wanted more. I knew, with our budget, we could only get an older one, around 2005 or 2006. We looked everywhere for one that had under 100k miles and around $15K. I had almost given up! I nearly purchased a minivan but didn't when we couldn't find the title for our Expedition. After a night of sleeping on it, I realized I truly needed an 8-seater. My heart was set once again on an Expedition but I was willing to consider other makes and models. So the search began again and my husband and I found this place independently from each other. And what I found was exactly what I was looking for--plus some! I requested info online and promptly received a call. I explained to the manager what our situation was and told him I knew the vehicle on their lot wouldn't last. I was up most of the night, anxious that someone else might get it before I did. First thing the next morning I called for an appointment. I fell in love--with the car that is! The dealership was fantastic, too! I spent most of the day with some of the most pleasant men in the business. They were honest, helpful, interested in me and my family, and met my budget requirements, finding me the best rate I could imagine! I drove off the lot completely satisfied! I even "down-graded" the car by swapping out the front grill of my old and new Expeditions. My kids think the new one is still a little flashy but they love, love, love it and showed it off to all their friends at church tonight. We are so happy! My husband will be looking for a new car in about a year and we have committed to going back to Auto Selection first. Although they are a little bit of a distance from us, I also plan on going to them as much as possible for any future maintenance or repairs on the vehicle. Thanks to all of you! The customer service I received while doing business with Auto Selection of Charlotte was great. They stayed open long after they closed to take care of my vehicle purchase. Allowed me the space and time I needed while checking out the car and made me feel comfortable.

Auto Selection of Charlotte is a great company for those with not so good credit. They are honest and upfront so there are no surprises. They are also very helpful and accommodating while they work on your deal.
