I recently bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from B Town Motors, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Karol was friendly, transparent, and never pressured me at any point during the process. They were also very supportive when I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection done, which gave me extra peace of mind. On top of that, they even offered to make minor repairs before I drove the car off the lot, which really showed their commitment to customer care. As a young woman, I was honestly nervous going in because I’d heard so many horror stories about buying from dealers, but this experience was the exact opposite. I left feeling confident in my purchase and happy with the service I received. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy car buying experience.

I've been looking for a Audi A6 for over a month and finally found the one at this dealership. all 6 others i looked at did not compare to this one!! Karol, the owner was great to work with, no pressure sales here. He went over every detail of the car and its background(he buys nothing but the best out there. you do not even have to worry about if he is telling the truth....the guy is honest/sincere....you dont find that everyday with used car dealers. Anyways, it was a very pleasurable experience. I was suppose to pick the car up today but my ride got called into work. I spoke with Karol and asked if I could pick it p tomorrow...unfortunately he was closed tomorrow. he than told me he would have an employee deliver it to my house within 30 minutes!!!!!WOW...who does that, talk about going out of your way. This dealership, Karol the owner, are really too good to be true. When i need another used car i will look to him.

It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! I have been using this mechanic shop for over few years now. The staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. They have experience in many makes. The job gets done quick with no long waits. Highly recommend without a doubt !

I was looking for a comfortable and safe family car. The owner, Karol went over every option that would suit my needs and had everything prepared for me before i arrived so my car buying experience would be expedited. iI love my car!

Bought a Nissan Titan from them and it wouldn’t pass a nys inspect when I got it home because the brake pads, rotors and brake calipers were shot. Other problems were the front end links were bad as well as the lower ball joints causing an extremely loud creaking about a week after the purchase. I bought the truck on a really cold day so when I tested the ac it was hard to tell but it seemed fine and as the weather is getting warmer I find out the ac compressor is not functioning. I paid top dollar for this vehicle thinking it was in good shape from a reputable dealer but I was wrong, I would strongly advise keeping your distance from them. Crooks. Extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience! Great used car buying experience - the best I have had (including new car purchases). Karol was great to work with from start to finish. The vehicles on his lot are all high quality and priced fairly. Karol is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. He is not a high pressure person at all and gave my great advice regarding a vehicle that I was considering trading in. You can tell he takes great pride in his vehicles and facilities as they are immaculate. Karol is a refreshing change from the normal used car dealership. Great service and attention throughout the process and beyond. Contacted Karol after the sale for minor issue which he took care of immediately for me. I highly recommend that you consider Btown Motors for any current or future new car purchases. I wish I had discovered this gem years ago.

If you want a dealer who is trustworthy, has good work ethic, not pushy, and willing to repair a used car which you plan on purchasing—I’d definitely recommend Btown Motors. From test driving the car, to ultimately purchasing the vehicle, the dealer made it an incredibly easy and smooth process; dealer was extremely kind, willing to work with us, and patient. All the vehicles at this place are reasonably priced as well, so you’ll find something you’re looking for. Try this place out!

BTown Motors will never have my business. Wednesday May 13th I had an appt to test drive one specific car that they had called me about. I had let them know that I was interested in buying a Subaru and they got one in stock. After test driving, I met with Carol and we talked it over that I just needed to get the loan and I would be buying the car. I didn't put a deposit down, that was my error. Friday May 15th my wife (who would be taking out the loan) tried calling BTown Motors to let them know that she was going through a local credit union and would probably have it all set by Monday, however no one picked up at their office during their office hours. Tuesday May 19th my wife got everything completely approved for the car loan and I called BTown motors to let them know that I will be coming tomorrow to get the car. Unbeknownst to me, Carol at BTown motors, the salesman I met with on Wednesday the 13th, had sold the car yesterday May 18th. I know now in retrospect that I should've put down a deposit, however I thought that an agreement (because one cannot have a handshake during these times) was enough. I was wrong in thinking that. But I'm not wrong in sharing what I think is terrible business. BTown motors, you have disappointed me in what I thought would be a reputable, locally owned dealership. You state on your website, " B Town Motors is founded on trust, integrity, and respect." I don't believe that to be true and you will never receive any business from me or my family ever.

From start to finish, my experience recently with B Town Motors was excellent and easy. I saw the Toyota Tacoma pick up truck that interested me. I did research on it that night and went to the dealership first thing the next day. The owner was not there, but his shop man offered to have me take a test drive. All my questions were answered, including history of this truck. I left a deposit, and the owner called me as soon as he returned. That afternoon I completed the paperwork as people continued to call the owner, asking if this truck was still available. (Sorry, I had already claimed it.) The owner took care of all of the paperwork , registration, and inspection. A few days later, I was able to pick up my truck and could not be happier. I will be recommending B Town Motors to anyone in my area who is looking for a pleasurable car buying experience.
