Worst experience of my car buying life (I'm 81 yrs old). Sales person saw my interest in the vehicle and sent me a video he had taken. After previewing the Carfax History and dealer repair comments I told him I would purchase the vehicle for the list price. For the next 5 days we traded comments about the total price including shipping and tax and admin costs. He offered several additional dealer packages which I rejected. on the 6th day he notified me that the vehicle had been sold by another sales person. He never asked for a Deposit and continued to play-me-along every day acting like I was the new owner. Really feel like it was all a Scam to keep me on-the hook while they found a buyer willing to pay a higher price.

They sent a number of emails which all seems automated. I asked a few questions and no one responded with answers. Responses were form emails.

Highly recommend they are 2hrs from me car was awesome shape definitely would do business with them again if your looking for a nice vehicle definitely ask for (Cash) great salesman.

Nice cars nice mix to choose from, but your typical car sales people to deal with! Suggestion, come after you do your homework.

Communication and responsiveness were above average. While unable to complete a deal, I would gladly make future attempts.

I would be very cautious of this dealership. I reached out to them about a vehicle listed and was contacted by a sales rep named 'Emily'. After which I received an email from an account owned by a 'Chad Ingram' but the message stated that the author was a 'Michael Berg' asking about my interaction with someone named 'Zach'. If they are legitimate, they obviously have no idea how to manage a business. Looks like a con to me.
