Good Experience
Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Being a first time Jeep buyer I had numerous questions and the salesman, T.J., went to great lengths to answer all questions and allow enough test-driving time to feel satisfied with the vehicle. When not sure of an answer T.J. got the Manager to clarify the issue. There was no pressure tactics and my wife and I felt very satisfied with the purchase experience. T.J., the Manager and Finance person all took as much time as needed to respond to our needs. Great team.

New truck purchase
I just finished buying a new Dodge Ram 2500 from Classic. What a great experience! I have been buying new vehicles every two years for my company nod hands down best experience. Sales and management were very pleasant to work with. With my trade in they matched other dealers. The day before I had gone to 4 other dealers in South Carolina and there was no comparison. They were very respectful and accomdating. One note though, detailing new truck was lousy. Windows had film on them that took me 2 hours to clean. But what the hell, can't have it all. Truly sales and management the best I have experienced in my 20 years of buying vehicles.

Very happy
We just purchased a 2016 3500 from Classic. Stephanie Sutton was great and we got a good deal. We had also purchased a 2015 from them in February of this year and knew we wanted to start with them in looking for another truck. Stephanie helped us the first time, so we called her to set up a time to come in. We were again very pleased with her and with our experience. We recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Ram.

Great experience!
The sales and financial people worked with us to help us get the best financing rate and car as possible. They went over our needs and wants to find the best fit possible. My only complaint was finding out the car we purchased was listed on their website for $1000 less than we paid.

Advertised price is not the price you get
So I have been searching for a 2015 Tradesman 2500 w/ cummins diesel engine, I finally found one online at Classic Chrysler in Goldsboro. having dealt with them in the past when we bought my wifes 2015 jeep, I did not think there would be any issues. I am trading in a 2015 Camaro 2SS/1LE with less than 11k miles on it, I knew I was upside in my vehicle, but Classics advertised price for the the truck was 40k, so I got pre-approved thru USAA's car buying service for 50k, plus 2.5k cash. I drove to Classic and spoke with Nico, who was a professional in every sense of the word. Test drove the truck and decided to work up the numbers. Wallace appraised my car at 30k, again I had planned for this accordingly. When I was presented the initial numbers, I told the sales people that I was already pre approved through USAA. The salesman went back to the sales manager and came back with new, numbers. Now my car was only worth 27k ( what happened to the 30k ??? ) and they were now saying that I could not purchase the truck at the advertised price because of the negative equity ( which I had already pre planned for ) I could however purchase the vehicle at the stickered MSRP, which was 51k, and I was also informed that I did not meet the criteria for the internet price ( even though the ad states that applicable incentives apply) the sales manager was saying that I had to meet all of them, even though you cant combine most of them ( I did meet the criteria for the rebate, the military discount, the USAA discount and the Chrysler loyalty ) Long story short, Classic was trying to get me to finance through one of the banks they deal with and at a higher rate, ( I got 4.49% from USAA, Classic wanted me to go with 9.9% from a lender they deal with .... xxx ???) Why on earth would I want to pay 100+ more a month on a higher rate ? I have a beacon score well over 700 and I had pre approved financing, more than sufficient to cover the cost and the negative equity. I personally will not deal with Classic Chrysler again, deceptive pricing and advertising and subtle strong arm tactics.

Easy Day at the dealership
I used the USAA Car Buying service which directed me toward Classic CJDR for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Classic CJDR offered an unbeatable price (trust me I asked around) and was able to help me on a short timeline. In 24 hours they had the exact Jeep I was looking for on the lot and ready for a test drive. When we arrived after over a hour drive from Wilmington, the staff assisted me in install my child seat and got us on our test drive. After the drive, Jamar the sales manager who I had spoken with on the phone, stopped by to confirm the price we discussed on the phone (well under MSRP). On top of that they were able to help take care of my leased vehicle while we waited for finance. All in all I spent over a month researching vehicles, getting pre approved for a loan, and test driving several models of Jeeps before going to the dealership to buy. I expected the worst from past experiences where I would have to work them down from MSRP just to save a few thousand dollars. This was not the case at Classic CJDR. The original quoted price was the best in the region (if not the country per TrueCar estimates), and no haggling was needed once I arrived to get rid of unwanted dealership charges, fees ect. I would be happy to go back should I ever need to look for a new car.
