Jeanine was a great help in bringing the car an hour closer for our 4 plus hour drive to look at it. She also had the Hertz team take out dents in the side, and provided detailed information before we drove down to look at the car. She was a joy to work with!

Tried the Hertz Rent2buy program and loved the whole process. I got to take the car home for a couple days to see if I liked it, basically rented it, which was quick and painless. I worked with Jeanine in the sales office and she made my whole experience comforting and effortless. She treated me and my car with the best care, and was efficient in helping me get exactly what I wanted, no pressure, no frills. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else after I first called and spoke with Jeanine. I would recommend trying the Rent2buy program if your like me and a 5 min test drive at a regular dealership doesn't suffice.

These guys are nice and competent. They are thorough. Financing chores were handled well as were contacts with my insurance company. They sold me my Honda at their asking price without any hastle. All office employees were helpful and curteous. Other that my long trip, my car purchase from Hertz Car Sales, a in North Palm Beach, FL was great. I highly recommend one purchase their next car at that facility.

If you are looking for a frank, honest, used car salesman, speak to Jaime Perea at Hertz in North Palm Beach. Jaime is a rarity in buying a used car. He's a straight forward salesman. Normally buying a car is a nightmare. I highly recommend you give him a call. I just bought a 2013 Ford Edge.

I found a suitable car at Hertz on Cars.com, called, scheduled an appointment and visited. My contact at the dealership was polite, helpful but without any semblance of a hard sell. I took a test drive, was impressed with the car and told the dealer that I would discuss with my wife and get back to him. The wife vetoed the car, so I asked the dealer if he could search in Hertz to find a particular car that I was interested in. He did this and reverted to me in a day with exactly the car that I was interested in - even a great color. I have put a deposit down now. I'll see how it ends up but I am very pleased so far with the polite and pleasant way that this dealership handles customers.

Upon our first visit, Marc patiently toured us around the Hertz lot, showing us a number of vehicles that fit our requirements. He really listened to our needs and never pressured us to adjust our thinking. Following a couple test drives, we soon settled on a great looking 2012 Mazda 2 and took the car to our own mechanic for his review. The mechanic confirmed that the car was in fine shape but noted three or four items that needed attention. Marc and Mark Etue, the regional manager who was visiting the dealership that day, quickly assured us that these things would be fixed. Everything was addressed to our satisfaction, and the Hertz team even took pains to thoroughly clean and detail our Mazda. The final purchasing phase went smoothly and was completely hassle free; Marc and Jamie could not have been more courteous and genuinely friendly while we signed the paperwork. As my son drove his gleaming, just-like-new Mazda off the lot, I smiled to myself knowing that we could not have found a better price or more decent people anywhere. Hertz Car Sales in North Palm Beach is a hidden gem, and will be a the top of my list the next time we are in the market for a pre-owned car.
