Very responsive, quick to reply. Unfortunately the price on the vehicle changes every day, depending on possible tariff threat’s. I can’t deal with fluctuations like that.

I walked in during lunch time and was greeted immediately by Sam. I was a little iffy because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for but Sam took the time with me. We identified a possible vehicle and I decided to come back after work. Sam had the car ready for me and addressed something that I had noted earlier in the day. He was finishing up with some clients and had Paul (I believe it was) take me on a test drive. I decided to move forward, I let them know that there were some challenges and they didn't flinch. Paul and I went over the specifics and he moved it along to the finance manager, Frenchy. Sam was able to join us again and we got an approval. It was all very smooth and painless. I returned the next day to drop off a check and pick up the car. Sam had it waiting in the delivery Bay and presented it to me, which was a nice touch! He helped me set up the Audi app and connect it to the car. They were great and everything was perfect! Probably the least stressful car buying experience I've had.

Ryan Bonino was extremely patient and pleasant, and he couldn?t have been more helpful. Michelle Spivey was knowledgeable and explained all our options in easy-to-understand terms. The entire car buying experience was smooth and we?re super happy.

Both Josh and Edina are fantastic. They're welcoming and down to earth. It almost feels as if they bend over backwards to take care of their customers and they deserve praise.

Amanda Montes provided. an incredibly straightforward, professional, pleasant sales experience. I've purchased 7 BNW's in the past 2 decades and this sales experience was head and shoulders above BMW. I live in Albuquerque and was able to purchase and negotiate the sale in 2-3 emails and she even came in to work several hours early to make sure the delivery went smoothly. I will definitely be contacting her when my lease ends regardless of where I'm living.
