they lie about what the car needs, like wheel alignment. A very good mechanic checked to see if I needed a alignment and the answer was no. I will drive to McCarty then to let them work on the auto

Worst dealership I've ever bought from
Rushed through the whole process like cattle in a stock yard. Very impersonal. Given no paperwork and told we would get it in the mail in about a week along with a check for the sales tax, which the check did not show up. Numbers on the paperwork were incorrect due to a charge for extended warranty, that they said they were throwing in, and when they were asked about they said they never do that because it's expensive. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone

Was told sales tax would be included several times. And they said the check would be in the mail. Check for sales tax was not in the mail. And we where told they never said sales tax was included when we confronted them. I HIghly recommend that anyone that purchases a vechile from Greg Orr Toyota, get a copy of every paper you sign before you leave the dealership.

Stay away from Gregg Orr Toyota in Hot Springs Ark
My wife and I are senior citizens who off road as a hobby. I was at the Razorback Ramble which is a Toyota off roading club in Hot Springs Arkansas and my FJ Cruiser started cutting out on me. I barely made it down the Mountain and to Gregg Orr Toyota. When they looked at it my wheel was tilting out 5 inches. They looked at it and said my Rocker Arm/Control arm had come undone and the FJ was shutting off because of that. Being it was Friday evening and I had towed a Casita Trailer from Dallas and had to be back to work Monday I was in a bind. The Service Advisor said it would be $2,600 to replace my control arm. He mentioned no other services were needed to my wife and I and she can attest to that. The billing clerk said initial here, here, here so I can get my vehicle repaired. The service advisor was now where to be found and did not cover anything about the repair. They called me later that day to say the repair would be $2,600 but as much as I know about repair I gave the OK. I had to have the FJ back by 1:00 Saturday as the Service Department closed. They called in the morning and said the vehicle was ready to go. I rushed over just in time to pick it up and pay. When I got back to my Casita and went over the bill in detail the actual repair for the rocker arm and alignment was $557.60. Then the rest of the bill for oil change, front and rear differential fluid change, complete fuel system service including Decarbon service, what ever that is, PCV replacement, replaced all the belts, spark plugs and the list goes on and on. When I called the Service Manager on Monday he warned me that if I didn,t pay the bill that it was a felony in Arkansas. All I can say is this dealer lives by a different set of morals.

They keep you at the dealership all day, to make you want to leave quick. Financial guy desk is a computer screen. When you sign for whatever they give you a signature pad, not paper you can resd, dont ever buy a car from this dealership.

Friendly service, low pressure salesmanship!
I'm an Uber driver so I went looking for a used Camry Hybrid or RAV4 Hybrid to cut down on my daily trips to the gas pumps. Sales associate Jon Brown worked with me on a Camry hybrid, but the payments were just too much for me. Then he came up with a PriusV, which I never would have considered without Jon's suggestion. It's the Prius wagon and it's nice and roomy with lots of high-end features. My long-distance passengers love that the back seats recline! The payments worked out to be in my budget and off I went. They offer free car washes so I'm back there often and they have a great customer lounge.
