We arrived with an unscheduled need for service due to one tire losing pressure while were enroute to the airport The first pleasant surprise was when we drove into the bay and were met by Raul Quebles who immediately found a small piece of metal hidden between the treads. After placing protective covering on seat and floor, Raul promptly relayed our situation to Service Advisor Ryan Pereiras. Ryan exhibited a sense of urgency and professionalism. Ryan's friendliness was sincere and genuine. The tire was repaired in short order at a reasonable and fair price. The waiting area and restrooms are first class. Even Joe Parisi - General Manager / Managing Partner: General Manager / Managing Partner checkd on us. They made a potentially stressful situation enjoyable.

We called and they got us in asap Service and customer
We called and they got us in asap Service and customer service were both excellent. We didn?t have another car, and were driven home. Prices high compared to normal repair shops.

Service is always excellent, and the detailing of my car
Service is always excellent, and the detailing of my car was absolutely magnificent. I have never experienced a better service department. I was provided with a ride back to my house while my car was being serviced and detailed. When they finished, I was picked up and brought back to the dealership.

I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership
I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership but, that is only because I had started the buying process with another dealership before Volvo Cars of Naples had responded. I let them know that I was pursuing another vehicle but, that if it fell through I would reach out to them next and they were very kind and apologetic about taking a little while to get back to me. The implication had been made that if I changed my mind, they could also try to find a way to sweeten the deal or perhaps try to entice me to stop working with the other dealership (which, to be clear, was in another state). In the long run, I wish I had heard from them sooner as I had already signed paperwork with the other dealer when I heard this but, the experience with said dealer was much less pleasant than just conversing with Volvo Cars of Naples, and the car they had seemed like a better deal but, I was in a pinch unfortunately. I did not give 5 stars only because 1) they did take a while to respond to my initial inquiry with them and 2) I am aware that the job of the sales people is to get my business and that once they have it, their entire demeanor and willingness to work with you and answer questions may go out the window (which is exactly what happened with the dealership I did buy from) so, I can't in good conscious give 5 stars without having gone through the purchasing process but, everything else I experienced seemed like they would have been nice to work with.
