While traveling cross-country from Illinois to California, our 2016 Honda Odyssey’s check engine light came on in Oklahoma. We called South Pointe Honda and scheduled an appointment, but when we arrived, all technicians had already gone home. That’s when we met Scott Brown, and everything changed. Scott listened, understood our situation, and treated us like family. He helped us troubleshoot, recommended a hotel, and personally scheduled the first available appointment for 7:00 AM the next day. True to his word, Scott greeted us at the car, took time to understand what happened, and ensured an experienced tech handled the issue. What started as a stressful, uncertain situation turned into an experience that made us feel like long-time customers. Scott’s kindness, honesty, and follow-through saved our trip—and left a lasting impression. When we buy our next Honda, we plan to stop at South Pointe Honda because of Scott. Thank you, Scott & South Pointe Honda, for going above and beyond!

Everyone was nice and polite!

Everyone was nice and polite! Scott, with the Repairs dept was very friendly and super helpful during my time there. When picking up my car, the cashier was also friendly and super helpful checking me out.
