Pleased with dealership. Bought two new vehicles there in 2014.

I was getting an oil change and decided to get a level-up kit installed. The guys said no problem we will get it done. I am very satisfied with the way the truck looks, drives, and rides. I even stopped back in the next afternoon and told them, "I don't usually brag on service department but in this case I will." Great job. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back. I've been having a lot of issues with my car lately and money is very tight. I come to Springdale every other week for work, so I decided to try them out. The guy in there was very helpful and helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed immediately and what I could wait on. I'm going there from now on!

Bought my car at another Crain dealership but always go here to get any work done. I rarely post reviews but they were so nice and helpful this week I thought I'd give somebody some kuddos! Highly recommend these guys.

Went in Saturday with my head hanging and my tail between my legs because of a very Bad Deal at a Bentonville New Dodge Dealership. I purchased my Terrain one year ago, and have continued to come back for all of my service work ever since. The staff make you feel like part of the family, not just another customer. My salesman, Tim Schmoker, even stayed past the normal closing time to help me understand all of the features on my new Terrain. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The same can be said about the Service department; Jake Wheeler has always answered all of my questions and been polite and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
