Incredible service. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was originally skeptical of buying a car from out of state (I’m from NM) but Clint and Josh were an amazing team to work with. Not pushy, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Honestly can’t say enough good things. Would 10/10 recommend these guys for anybody looking to get into a new vehicle.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I took my 17 year old daughter to Investment Auto Group to purchase her first car. She saved up all of her money for two+ years to make this purchase and was on cloud 9 that day. We got the car home and noticed it was leaking oil. I had her park it after 4 days because the leak was getting worse. Took it in to a mechanic and found out that the front differential plug was cracked (after pulling JB Weld and Silicone off to hide the crack). This is something that should have been caught during the "Extensive 200-point Inspection". This repair is going to cost $8,000. She doesn't have $8,000 to do the repair. So my daughter is out $14,000+ and doesn't have a car to drive. The dealership offered an extended warranty however, the warranty won't even cover the labor cost. One other thing to mention is we were told that the vehicle had an aftermarket muffler and that is why it was so loud. They did take $500 off the asking price for the muffler. However, after taking it to the mechanic we discovered there is no muffler at all. Seems really shady to me that they say their cars undergo a 200 point inspection however, they didn't even know the muffler was missing and they also didn't see all of the JB Weld and Silicone around the differential plug. I think they are charging for these inspections and not actually doing them. Hopefully my review saves someone else from dealing with this type of dishonesty and wasting hard earned money.

Me and my daughter went there and test drove some cars. Aunisty helped us out. She was so nice and we kept in contact with us about the car my daughter was thinking about getting. Although we didn't end up getting the car Aunisty checked back with us. She was so nice and had such great customer service.

This dealership lacks integrity. Do not trust it. They made an appointment with me for which I arrived six minutes early and they had already sold the car after I drove the hundred miles to get there. The very same people asked me to wait on an earlier appointment and honor that appointment. I did this. When they contacted me and told me the vehicle was still available, I made an appointment to come see it immediately. Before I arrived they had sold the vehicle and told me they had no other choice. They had a choice and they chose poorly and lack integrity. They had my contact information and put a call me at any time And asked me where I was to ensure that I was actually on the road to the dealership and they did not. And very used car dealership type of thing to do. Do not trust them with your business. If they lack integrity in just one small thing like this , Then they will lack integrity in the big things too.

I have needed a truck. I have looked around without any luck. I stopped here at Investment and WOW serious. That had my truck. Cleaned it Good and even filled the tank! With today's price that was AWESOME!. Class Act all around! I have recommend them and will more. I have stopped there with questions. They have always been ready to help or explain. INVESTMENT AUTOMOTIVE gets my Vote!

Hands down the easiest people to work with when buying a car. Very friendly and not pushy in any way. When it comes time to update my wife's vehicle I this will be my first and only stop.

What a friendly, helpful, professional and low-pressure team. I received a good trade allowance into a very reasonably priced previously-owned truck that I had been watching on their site for several weeks, think. The truck was very clean and well-serviced. The process took less than an hour and then their shop team assisted me moving all of my equipment and tools from one unit to the other! Thank you all for your service

Super easy, quick, and friendly, Duff and Justin are some of the best salesmen I've ever met, they listened, wasn't pushy and got us into what we needed and there were 0 issues in the whole process ( considering Duff helped my wife fall out of the golf cart, super funny, it was a laughing/joking matter during the buying process) highly recomend these guys for anybody who is over other dealerships being pushy, not listening and always looking for an extra buck, go and see them you wont be disappointed. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from these great guys. An easy, no pressure experience and I appreciate that they talk about what my needs are, and not what vehicle they want to sell. I mean they actually partner with me, which has not been my experience at a lot of other places. Definitely be seeing them for the next one!
