My son had over 700 credit . Before duffy put 4 hits on it an still couldn't make deal. Terrible salesman.

Dishonest.. my husband worked with them all week via email to purchase a car. We were driving almost 3 hours out and wanted to make sure there were no surprises. Geno claimed that the vehicle was clean, no damages, everything was done 100% professionally for the known fixes needed. So excited to get there to spend 17 seconds there before we had to walk away because everything he said was pretty much a lie. The professional fixed were not “clean”, the images on the website seemed angled perfect for you to not see bigger blemishes or they have a crappy camera on purpose. Huge waste of time, gas, and now we have a fee to give the check back to the bank.

All the positive reviews are either bogus or paid for at this dealership. Selling autos that need critical repairs, and not telling the customer. Oh we sold it to you "as-is" we are not responsible for any repairs after the sale. TRUE, however they need to disclose what "as is" would be protecting. What is wrong with it at the time of sale. "As-is" means "as is", but what is "as-is"? Let your customers know, or own up to after its pointed out that your dealership ripped someone off and sold a vehicle with problems. Typical Illinois pop up car dealer mentality. Screw the customer. At Duffys thats what they do. If you want to believe the majority of theses reviews, you will be at a loss if you buy from them. Dont bother with the feckless attorney general, they are in bed with the car mobsters, and will do little or nothing to help.

Great experience. Purchased older sports car over the internet. Could not look at car prior to purchase due to my availability. Chris was absolutely professional and very helpful. When car arrived at my house from delivery service the car was exactly as represented from the dealer. Would absolutely buy a car from Duffy’s again.

I emailed, texted, and called and no one ever got back to me about a truck they had for sale. To bad, because I really like it. Ended up purchasing somewhere else. -Patrick V.

Very honest, great shopping and purchasing experience. The cleanest cars anywhere. Great prices and high quality vehicles. The sales team is wonderful.
