I recently purchased a high end pre-owned vehicle on the internet from Findlay. The sales person who assisted me was Ryan Lunn. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle I had not seen in person. I was apprehensive but working with Ryan was the perfect fit me. He was there for me every step of the way through the entire process and everything went smoothly. I communicated with him everyday for two weeks. He always answered his phone or promptly called me back. I live in a different time zone so he gave me his cell number and we communicated in the evenings and weekends. In summary working with Ryan was a great experience. I came up to Findlay from the Dayton area. After months of shopping for a truck, 100’s trucks, on line and actually dealerships, I called for an appointment with Ryan Lunn. I explained my search and what I wanted. The price of the truck was the best I had found and wanted to leave with the vehicle. He assured me we would work it out. I rented a car for the trip up and left with the new truck!!! My patients and research paid off. I would make the 1 1/2 hour drive again. Thanks Ryan!!
