Rick Case Maserati

I always receive great service from the Rick Case staff, however; they realized that my front end alignment wasn't done correctly previously & refused to correct the problem monetarily. O feel as though at least 3/4 of the cost should have been deducted as it was their fault it was not done properly in the first place.

The service is so perfect that you feel like leaving a tip. It's by far the best team and service I've ever experienced. I have purchased many cars from many places...but none come close to Rick Case.

In a few words: Excellent, especially the way service advisor, Mr. Jorge Gutierrez explained the issue to me so I could understand my concern, which was no big deal. Thank you for the treatment!
