The dealership was a class act.

The dealership was a class act. The cars were all clean, detailed, maintenanced and ready at all times for test drives. After multiple weeks of vehicle shopping I was exhausted by pushy and overbearing sales people. Once I arrived at Jim Ellis I was able to walk around on my own and look at a few cars without being bothered. Once I made my choices I walked to the door and was politely greeted and shown the cars I was interested in.the sales team was phenomenal. I picked up my car the following day after purchase. I noticed an oil leak. I contacted Raul and he eased all worries with a guaranteed repair or other solution if need be. I will visit Raul and Jim Ellis VW again for future purchases. I highly recommend Raul to anyone visiting Jim Ellis VW.

2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment?

2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment? No tire rotation or warranty maintenance required. This was my last pre-paid maintenance, and the last time I come back here for service. Perhaps you should go down the street to Toyota and see how they consistently get us in an out in 20 minutes or less - every single time. Real lack of initiative and zero communicative updates during the marathon oil change.

Thank you for your feedback on your service experience. We understand your frustration on the wait time being that a basic oil change takes a fraction of the time to perform. We completed the 20,000 mile service on your visit which is more involved than a standard oil change. Although it takes a bit longer we follow the protocols set by Volkswagen to ensure the proper maintenance of your vehicle. We hope that helps explain the wait times. Thank you for getting back to me, and if you don't mind, can you please explain that after my 2 hour "service", I had the following issues within one week? TPMS light went on, for all 4 tires, and when checked they were all less than 30psi? Window washer fluid had to be purchased and refilled. Perhaps the "protocols" need to be reviewed again. And for your reference, Toyota completed a 20,000 mile service this week in 22 minutes...no matter your reasons, 2 hours is unsatisfactory.

My experience at Jim Ellis Volkswagen was nothing short of top tier. Greg Landry laid out the red carpet for me and my girlfriend. Greg helped us find the model vehicle we came looking for and gave us a breakdown of the car’s features. Because of our experience, we walked out with a 2023 Taos.
