Purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain on Friday, took it back to car source the very next day after learning that I needed a Cadillac converter. I also discovered that I had a massive oil leak. The owner refused to pay for the Cadillac converter they made me give them $500 for the Cadillac converter after I had priced it at only $398. Their mechanic lied to me and told me that he fixed the oil leak I learned after I got home that the oil leak is still there all all over my driveway massive. I called the owner he hung up in my face on two different occasions he refuses to honor his warranty. I couldn't even get a front end alignment it needs over $1,700 worth of work underneath

I purchased a low cost vehicle with the understanding I was entitled to take it to my mechanic for inspection. Further assured I had additional protection of 90 day warranty. NOT. The owner threatened me both verbally and physically when I took the car back. LITERALLY almost assaulted me while shredding paperwork.
