I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Made monthly payments and then paid off the remaining balance a yr. and a half ago. Received a call that the vehicle was going to be repossessed. A copy of the title along with payment receipts was given to the dealer. The title is occupied by the DMV as well. The dealer had poor customer service and still insisted that a paid off vehicle would be repossess. They have been reported to Department of Dealerships. Any legal action will be taken if necessary.

Placed a online application after 2 days I started calling call # on website when it was answered by a young man who was in a room with a lot of people laughing and talking he give me a# to call well when I called got another young man in a room full of people talking laughing he told me to call the 1st # back so I did the young man answered again give me another # to call never did get through to that one so tried again the next day was given a # to call I called it and it was someone's resident telling me to leave a voice message very bad business they must not want to sell their cars

We have bought many vehicles from them. They Are great.

Inquired about a vehicle but never received a response. Moved on to another dealer.

Found lots of cars to choose from. Salesmen busy, but tried to be helpful. Took a test drive. No email follow up on inquiry.

I have emailed several times asking about a car I was interested in buying but they have yet to respond. I think CARS.COM should remove them from their listing for that reason. I don't understand how they are trying to sell cars but wont respond to a potential buyers emails. I think they write some of their good reviews on different sites.. I would not buy from them.......

me and my wife just purchased a 2005 dodge truck,, we drove it 3 different times,, well, to make a long story short,, the place was great to us,, but after we paid for it we were fixing to get in the truck and drive it off the lot, the owner came up to us with a fuel pump for it ,,he told us that when they got the truck, it wouldn't start, so they figured it out it was the pump, so they said he ordered one for it, and it just came in,, so we took it, and got it put in, but,, the thing is he should have told us up front,,,that one had been ordered and the one in the truck was going out, way before we paid him and was fixing to drive it home.. so far i think we got a good truck, some minor things tho i had to have fixed,, but its just the point of not being honest up front,, that really bothered me and my wife.

The cars looked like junk. Very little to choose from.

I bought a vehicle from them a few weeks ago and got it home realized the four-wheel-drive did not work and found a 4x4 acuator under the seat covered in grease in a box so they tried to fix it that wasn't the problem obviously never bothered mentioning that to me during the purchase very shady and not trustworthy ended up being a MAJOR electrical problem
