We had a great experience while ordering a GMC Yukon. Todd Smith was very helpful in placing our order and determining what we needed. When the car came in, it was missing one accessory that we ordered (no fault of the dealership- discontinued) Todd worked with us in all the aspects of buying a new car including advising us on insurance with our insurance company. We spent a lot of time at the dealership and with Todd. Another employee of the dealership, Christian, was helpful too.

False Advertisement
A red sierra 1500 is being advertised on their site. However, it does not exist. As I was driving to look at the truck the salesman calls and says it was sold but they have a white one instead. I decided not to go to their sales lot. A day later they still have the truck advertised. I would never trust this dealer.

Randall, We did in fact sell the Red Sierra, Unfortunatley vehicles do remove from the web site immediatley. The sales person did the correct thing telling you it was sold and what we still had availble. We always try to provide the most accurate information.
Horrible Dealorship.
Engine light "fixed" 7 times before they let me trade again. Then that car was "fixed" 3 times before I traded it at different dealership.

Beware
Told me one price and then the next day told me another. They said the rebates had expired. I still done the application and they said I was approved at 5.9 rate. A week later they said I didn't meet their requirements. I should have listened to my parents and went elsewhere. But it was my first car purchase and I really liked it. They even drilled holes crooked to put the temporary tag on. Bad mistake to buy from this dealership. None of them tell the truth.

Very dissatisfied customer
I?m very disappointed with my purchasing experience at Tri city. The service light came on my car the very next day after I bought the car. I supposedly had a 30 day warranty however they said the part that I needed wasn?t covered. Then they tried to charge $129 just for diagnostics . I will NEVER return back to tri city. Also, Chuck the manager was very argumentative and uncooperative.
