I am in need of a car. Wasn't having luck finding a used...

I am in need of a car. Wasn't having luck finding a used Mazda that I wanted so I broke down and decided to get a new one. Then I couldn't get a lower level package as cars always gone when I would reach out to dealers. So was willing to bite the bullet and upped my choice to a premium package. Over 30,000. Did the test drive and was ready to sign but when I looked at the paperwork the dollar amount was different. I was advised that because there aren't a lot of cars to sell, a 'market adjustment' was added to keep the heat and lights on at the dealership. Not like 500.00, but 2,000.00. An unearned 2,000.00. I just couldn't sign. I wish there were a salary bump for me due to the higher cost of everything but there isn't. It seems that the profit on the MSRP isn't ever a factor. Hopefully the practice will be eliminated or the amount lessened. Sarah was helpful over the phone but I wish the additional fee would have been noted in the ad before my taking the long drive.

This is the only place ever where I made a handshake deal...

This is the only place ever where I made a handshake deal with the unscrupulous salesliar (Jake Sommer) only to have him renege on the deal and charge an additional $1500 on top of the agreed upon price. His lies extended to his boss Eric Peruzzi who backed him 100% despite me sharing the printout of the quote provided clearly showing the sale price of $26,873. I was an honorable man and promised that when I purchased a car I would only do so through him. I was rewarded with a blatant attempt to rip me off. Conduct business with these snakes in the grass at your own peril.

I didn't end up buying a car from them, but they treated...

I didn't end up buying a car from them, but they treated me very kindly and with respect as I went in to go check out a vehicle that I was interested in. They were honest with me about the vehicle and were able to answer majority of the questions that I had about the car.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them but Sarah was very helpful and nice. She made sure to understand my wants in a used car and sent me links to ones I may be interested in. Not pushy, just genuinely interested in helping me out.

Amazing Experience

From the call to driving away with my car the experience was seamless. Dave Rose, made my experience one of the best that I’ve had at a dealership. He was helpful, informative and straight forward. He was knowledgeable and not once did I feel like I was being sold on the vehicle. He was able to get me the best rate and an amazing warranty on my vehicle. Both Dave Rose and Jordan Haft, were amazing.

My son purchased his first car today. I called Steve...

My son purchased his first car today. I called Steve last night to verify hours and he asked which car we were interested in. Told him we'd be there first thing today. We arrived and the salesman, Doug Muro had the car out front waiting for us to test drive. Doug knew this car inside and out, so much knowledge and a fine gentleman. He made my son feel so comfortable. Offered us space so we could speak with our son. No pressure, very laid back. We agreed to purchase, we then met Steve in financing. Again the same, very laid back, yet very professional and down to earth made all of us feel welcome. Highly recommend this Mazda location. I cant say enough about our experience. Thank you Doug and Steve!!!!

7 weeks ago… I leased a CX-30 from “Peruzzi Mazda". I did so because they gave me the best price. Turns out... they also gave incredible customer service. I see some negative reviews on this page and can't believe it. The experience was so good, that I went back weeks later and leased a CX-9 for my wife. We leased our CX-9 on a Monday, and purchased a used vehicle (for our son) on Saturday of the same week. Over the course of 7 weeks... our family transacted 3 vehicles with PeruzzI, and I couldn’t recommend them more… they were amazing! No pressure, no hassle, best price and such friendly service. I highly, highly, highly recommend them! A special thanks to Nicholas Mycek (our product specialist), Tom Kay (our new car manager), Theresa Vandertuyn (Internet Sales) and Steve Streng (Finance & Insurance). They were all great! Help them self

A friend was looking for a car with not much money they had a program to help single mothers they put her in a car for over $3,000 Kelley Blue Book value 14 first routine free oil changed after that car is leaking oil Google to another mechanic oil filter housing with cracked had a bad bead on a tire which was in dire need of getting changed will not able to make it to the dealership spoke to the dealership manager he said cuz we went somewhere else he's not able to help this is all within six months of buying a car
