Alex is patient, honest, and helpful. I never feel pressured and he works hard for his customers. I would also feel comfortable recommending him to female customer without fearing they will be taken advantage of.

My son's Acura RDX broke down on his way to Denver from Lincoln Nebraska. I called the dealership late Saturday afternoon and Kemal helped me find someone to tow it to the dealership. Monday morning Kemal worked to find the parts needed to get my son back on the road. Kemal was amazing and so helpful during a very stressful time for me and my son! Thanks Kemal and Mile High Acura!

This dealership is the most backwards dealership that I...
This dealership is the most backwards dealership that I have met in my entire life. I bought a 2019 Jeep with 40k on the odometer in July. My salesperson, Matt Heinz, seemed to have no regard for my time and had little patience with me. He seemed almost annoyed to sell me a used car, rather than a $90,000 new Acura. He rushed me through the process trying to get me to sign before I even had a loan offer. Luckily, my finance manager seemed to explain everything to me better than Matt could. After owning the car for a week, I began having problems with the battery not starting the car, or killing it in the middle of the road. I called Matt, and he told me to bring it to service. When I went in, it took four mechanics and 2 hours of my time to tell me that the issue was that the battery cable was not attached all the way. I thought this was evident of a lame service department, so I decided to not bring the car there for any future repairs. After another few weeks, the car began stalling again. I brought it to a Jeep dealership, where after multiple repair attempts, could not fix the issue. I went back to Matt to try to make this situation right. I had bought a car after trading one in. There had to be something the dealership could do right? Wrong. I bring the car back to Matt, only to find that Matt had been promoted to a sales manager. I instead worked with Aaron who was much more pleasant and understanding of my issues. Matt wouldn't even sit down with me at this visit. I tried to buy a replacement car, and when the appraisal came back for the Jeep, Matt offered me $2000 less than the payoff amount of my loan, therefore making any comparable car on the lot to be over $600 a month. I obviously objected and walked out. After some time, I was able to find another vehicle and purchase it with no negative equity. Took another dealership to fix Mile High Acura's mistakes. Went to get the temporary registration from my glove box to buy the new car, and low and behold, it did not exist. I had not even remotely opened the owners manual since buying the car, and Matt had said that's where my registration would reside. I returned yet again to Mile High Acura, and yet again, Matt was "too busy" to meet with me for a few minutes. Aaron helped me again, and I told him I needed a copy of my temporary registration. He went to the finance department in Mile High Honda (located next-door) and apparently their systems were down on weekends. However, I only found this out after returning later in the day to speak with yet another sales manager. My first visit consisted of Aaron going to retrieve the paperwork, and Matt meeting me in the parking lot to tell me "We don't have it". When telling him I never got the registration, Matt asked if he could look, as if I have never seen a registration card before in my life. I asked him why Mile High Acura doesn't retain records of all paperwork regarding any of their sales. He didn't have an answer for me. I left without the registration and returned later in the day to meet with the other sales manager who treated me with more respect. I will never return to Mile High Acura for any situation regarding car buying, selling, or repairs. I suggest if a customer does decide to shop with them, to avoid Matt Heintz at all cost, especially when buying a used car.
