I think the customer service is excellent because in my personal experience I was going thru a hardship and they were very understandable. The staff especially Keyonica was very polite and informative. she was prompt in getting answers and results. This made me feel like they really did care about my situation . I would refer anyone that is interested in buying a car from Marietta Car Ctr to come on in. Thank u so much for your service.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPASSION
Purchased a Audi A6 05 from Chris at Marietta Car Center and after asking him about the bumper of the car and being reassured it was just cosmetic. The next day when I looked at the car in the light I could see the front bumper practically hanging off the vehicle. They have you call a "repair center" that doesnt do ANY repairs only to be told the car was purchased AS IS and with NO help offered. I only wanted to have bumper repaired or have cost taken from price of vehicle. But NOONE was willing to help. Cars are OVERPRICED and in POOR CONDITIONS. AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost.

Ms. Grant did purchase a vehicle from us on 10/9 and she has spoken to a representative of our company, making claims about a bumper hanging off the car. Customer admitted to her that the sales person made no promises about fixing anything on the car or adjusting the price to compensate for the condition of the car. I have discussed with the sales person. He informed the customer that the car was purchased from auction in its current condition and the car was being sold AS IS and was priced according to its current condition, so there would be no price adjustment for the trim issue. We have photos of the car in the condition it was in when we purchased it and when it was sold by us. There was no known issue with the bumper and no promises were made about the bumper. The only known issue was the trim on the front grill and the salesperson showed the customer online what it might cost to replace the trim, and reminded her that the car was priced based on its current condition. Customer purchased the car AS IS. Customer was made aware at the time of signing paperwork that the car was being sold AS IS and what that means. If customer wanted promises or an assessment of the condition of the car to give her peace of mind, she could easily have taken the car to a mechanic prior to purchase. She chose not to. The car the customer purchased is one we purchased at auction. We have no history with this car. We have all of our cars checked out by a mechanic for mechanical issues. We do not have the cars inspected for cosmetic issues. Saying that we don't have customer service or compassion because we chose not to spend money repairing a car that this customer purchased used, AS IS, is not a fair assessment. Not to mention, we have no idea if there was damage to the car after purchase. There was no known issue with the bumper at the time of sale (other than the cosmetic trim on the grill) and we have photos to back that up. We are not a repair shop and do not have mechanics on staff. And the car was priced appropriately for its condition. We are sorry that the customer is not happy with our customer service because she didn't get the answer she wanted. It is our goal to have happy customers.
