Our sales person Cameron and business manager Kevin were great. They worked with us with docusign. We had a dealer tag they worked with us to get it back. We forgot our garage door opener Cameron helped us find it. If we need another car we will return here. Great service. Thank you all

This dealer sold me a lemon of a used truck that started

This dealer sold me a lemon of a used truck that started experiencing major problems from the moment I drove it off the lot. When I tried to contact them about the issues I was having they gave me the run around for two days and came up with bad excuses (like the sales person would have to fix this out of pocket) and forwarded me around to different peoples voicemails when I tried calling back. Moreover the whole process of purchasing the vehicle felt like a shake down using shady sales tactics, wasting several hours of my time over either incompetence or laziness, and dinging my credit by running unnecessary credit checks for a cash purchase. What it comes down to for me is that relationships are built on trust. As consumers we stand to lose a lot if a dealer sells us a bad car and if we are going to be in the vulnerable position of forking over tens of thousands of dollars for a vehicle, then we should be able to trust both that it is quality and that the dealership will stand by a product they sell to a reasonable extent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at every step and trusted them to do the right thing. Ultimately they either wasted my time, lied to me, or misled me at every opportunity and refused to take ownership of a problem that I believe they should take some responsibility for. Their staff would not even give me the curtesy of calling me back to discuss the issue, and ultimately they refused to take ownership of the problem. I'm stuck with a lemon and thousands of dollars in repair bills. Don't make the mistake I did, buy from another dealer because this one is not worthy of your trust or your business.

Wanted a $15,000.

Wanted a $15,000.00 down payment WITH trade-in for a 6 year old vehicle. Claimed their banks wouldn’t finance without that ridiculous down payment. I will not do business with such a dealership.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and they make

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and they make you feel welcome. I have been to other places where you are ignored and told inconsistencies, or they play games to get you to agree to a sale or visit. They gave me the best price on our car too! Make sure you check them out!

Sales went well but… My 30 day tag expired today.

Sales went well but… My 30 day tag expired today. To my knowledge, the dealership was handling this and it should have been completed by now. Per my county clerks office, it is the responsibility of the dealership to make sure the vehicle is still legal to drive as far as the tag expiring. The dealership is refusing to do anything to assist except for saying “if you get pulled over they will understand.” Seems doubtful to me. An expired tag is an expired tag. Not sure who dropped the ball, but apparently this dealership is negligent to their duties and simply incompetent. Never again would I use, nor recommend this dealership. Unless you want to be aggravated because you can’t drive your car since the dealership can’t do their job.

Took our 2017 Rebel in for new tires, transmission service, and state inspection and received the professional level of Customer Service expected today. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and concerned. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your automotive needs!
