Had a great experience with Nalley Kia with the purchase

Had a great experience with Nalley Kia with the purchase of our Hybrid Kia Carnival. The sales rep Stan was super friendly and kind. He was not pushy or overbearing. He gave us time to talk things out and he worked on our numbers. The location is very well kept and the lot is super full of many cars so you have tons of options to choose from. Very pleased with our purchase and service!

Visited this dealer couple years ago for routine

Visited this dealer couple years ago for routine maintenance as it?s closer to my home vs where I purchased my KIA Niro in 2020. At that time was longer wait times and wait room wasn?t as nice as it is now. Went in Aug 2025 mid morning on a week day for 50k service and waited about 1 1/2 hrs. At first was ignored by female staff on computer who didn?t even acknowledge me, even after poking my head around monitor. She didn?t acknowledge other customers waiting and preferred to work computer or make calls without acknowledging waiting customers with service appointments. But another staff Alex, helped check me in and was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. The waiting area has improved with complementary water and coffee/tea bar and 2 areas with tv or work space. Love the coffee machine just needs to be stocked with cream/milk to be right up there with Starbucks:). A very pleasant waiting room and most staff are very customer service friendly. I?ll be returning for next routine service and hope all staff are like Alex next time.

I give this shop 3 starts because this was our second

I give this shop 3 starts because this was our second appointment I had an appointment scheduled for 130 on August 15, 2025 but it was rescheduled for August 19 at 9:30 AM only to be up there for 5 1/2 hours. I understand that their other vehicles that needed to be attended to, but having an appointment and being seen hours later in the vehicle being started on around 12:30 is crazy.

The service area was clean.

The service area was clean. The staff were polite, friendly, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle service. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from NALLEY Kia in Stonecrest and am grateful for the staff they make you right at home.
