Easiest purchase and friendly employees

Went in knowing nothing about this dealership but was happy with the selection of used cars to choose from. Ask for Sean, he doesn’t try and force anything on you and he’s just trying to help you find the right car for you. There was no pressure from him, he wasn’t constantly trying to convince you to go ahead and just buy the car (like a lot of salesmen at other dealers). There were a few light scratches on the hood of the car but their repairmen and detailing crew buffed those out and made the car look brand new. Absolutely happy with this dealership and highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new car. Great services and really fair prices!

Went in for a used vehicle

I went in for a used vehicle and I ended up walking out with a brand new one. Overall as a first time car purchase I really enjoyed the experience and going back into the shop is always nice thanks to the welcoming staff.

Great experience, all around. Will be back!

This is a great dealership to do business with, and Safwat Aoude was wonderful to help with the buying process...he was very courteous and helpful through the whole process. We LOVE our new Clarity Hybrid Plug-In...and I strongly recommend Honda, this dealership and Mr. Aoude if you are looking for a new car! We've owned Accords, both gas and Hybrid, CR-V and now Clarity Hybrid Plug-In...they've all been terrific and the regular servicing by Ocean Honda has always been top-notch. Overall a wonderful team with whom to do business!

Troy Wathen was the sales representative who help me with the selection of a new Honda CRV. This was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had in the purchase of a new car (I'm 73 and retired). Not only was he knowledgeable about the car and helpful in explaining its various features, but also very understanding and supportive in this a stressful situation. Also, Jo Ann Romero was very helpful and efficient in completing the necessary paperwork. Overall this was a very good experience and I would strongly recommend Ocean Honda.

Very Helpful

The whole staff at Ocean Honda was great. Zack and Randall were very helpful and quick to respond to emails and texts, they were easy to work with.

Great Service!

John was so wonderful! We originally came in to see a different car and it didn't work out for various reasons but John kept us in the loop with any cars coming in that would fit our budget. Once we saw the van he held for us, we fell in love! The van was cleaned and detailed so well. John was real and down to earth and kept everything realistic. We truly appreciate all the help from John!

Review of Honda buying experience

This was actually a great car buying experience. It was my son’s first car and I wanted him to take his time get all of his questions answered and make his own decision.Gabe was terrific very knowledgeable and helped us pick out just the right fit. Once we decided on the car he worked very hard with no pressure to meet our affordability guidelines.I would definitely go back for my next car.

First new car

I came in to buy my wife a (surprise) new car. It was her 50th bday and she had never had a brand new car before. I worked with Rohil Jandga and he did an excellent job getting the deal done to my satisfaction. Not only in the purchase of the car but helping me get my car and the new car back to my house. He also brought a big bow for the car so it really looked like a present and he then knocked on my door and gave my wife the keys saying there was a gift outside for her. It went great, she was very surprised and thrilled with the new Honda CR-V. My reason for a 4 star on the buying process is the nature of the beast with buying new cars and I'm sure all dealerships have to add all the extras first and then it's up to you to request them be removed. This dealership did, no problem and no arm twisting so that was appreciated. Again, it's my reaction to this process not so much to the dealership or the salesman. Overall, it was a very good experience. They had the car I wanted ready when I got there so I could immediately take it for a test drive, and as soon as we agreed on the price, they took the car for even more cleaning and prep. AND I was given a full tank of gas! Nice touch.

Great Service
