I GOT SCAMMED!

Worst experience I've had in buying a used car. Had problems the first day of ownership that Mike was aware of. After him having the car in his shop on 3 different lengthy occasions, the last time it sat there 3 days. Not hearing anything from them, I went to the shop. His so called head man there goes by Eddie told me they haven't even looked at it yet. Hadn't had time. He was also very rude and told me I should of called before I came there!! " Excuse me" is there a reason you didn't call me after having the car 3dys when you told me you would need it for only 1day. It's my only means of transportation. I took the car went back to Mike. He apologizes wants me to give him another chance. I finally told him No, I'm done with"EDDIE" I've been more than patient dealing with all of you, dragging your feet and lying. No one is going to talk to me like that, Eddie is a joke too. Needless to say I've put around$3,700 in the car and still needs more. DON'T BUY FROM MIKE'S, DEFINITELY DON'T TRUST HIS SERVICE SHOP!!! Unless it's a cheap easy fix. (Doesn't deserve a one star)

BEWARE OF SELLER SERVICE AND CONTRACT PAPERWORK

lug nuts came off 50mph on driver front tire. Lucky to be alive. Mike never called me for 2 weeks until I sent court docs

Will never go back

3 times in 6 weeks he had our vehicle in shop for repairs that we bought off him for around $8000. in other words we only had our car for 3 weeks of the first 6 weeks. all 3 loners he gave me had check engine lights on and I was told nothing to worry about. One also had no working gas gage. Mess ups from the very beginning with warranties...which worked in our favor specially now that we need a new transmission to fix the speed sensor!! He claimed he did wheel barring work on March 27 and had covered on warranty but on the way out of state it was clear it was not done (he had a month notice of the trip to get barring fixed)i called him and he said his mechanic "missed" it on work order. So it was claimed on March 27 and it just got fixed April 17!! I found out by trying to take to another dealership that they couldnt fix barring if Mike already claimed the work. So we had to send it back to mike for the 3rd time. We had to send it in twice for the same issue...steering pump. Now we need TIRE sensor replaced and transmission suposively to fix the speedometer! But he gave us an oil change for the trouble. ugh. Not to mention very unprofessional when it comes to returning calls!!

TERRIBLE!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I can't stress this enough. Terrible service, took months for him to even get back to me and after i spent $2500 on getting my car fixed, break down a day later. Asked him if he could fix it again take a look at it for 15 mins and he said he can't do anything with it. So if you want to waste your money and get a non-working car go here. If you want proper service and someone who will actually fix your car DO NOT GO HERE!

The place is a disaster! His work ethics match his building. We stopped in and after one look at the place, we left.

New tires

Again today Mike's Auto Center gets 5 stars. I've repaired my car and Mike's for years. Then it came time to buy a new car and Mike himself found me this car 2015 Ford Focus it was a excellent purchase. Today I got 4 brand new tires and I was given a $60 Mastercraft Visa rebate thank you Mike
