They sent me a message that a specific vehicle could be financed, then they said it could not be financed due to the year of the vehicle. I lost another opportunity because I was waiting on their response. The dealership should have honored what they said. When I texted the salesman, he did not text me back.

Adis at E & A was excellent to work with. He is truly a car person and seems to really care about his customers. It was refreshing to have a no-pressure sales environment. We were in and out in less than an hour.

I came into the store, dressed casually and asked to look at two vehicles. I said I had a black lab so I didn't want camel colored interior. My sales person, Muamer Hrustic, told me the black hair would show similarly on black upholstery or black leather. I I said to him that's just not true receiving no response. Two of the other salesman were leaving so he sent me on a drive With the kid who fills the cars with gas. I went in to ask some questions and he appeared as though I was putting him out. I went to another place in town that bent over backwards to try to get me financing, and he was trying to dissuade me basically telling me it would be very unlikely I would get financing because I didn't have great credit. He told me to send him a picture of my license, but that he'd be out of town next week And didn't bother to give me a name of anyone else that I could work with. I knew before I saw his name, that he was foreign, which I love to hear when people are from different countries. However, as I walked out hopeless, I realized I had just stepped foot into a misogynist dwelling, which has been confirmed by these reviews. One woman said they asked her to bring her husband in and she was single. I was going to bring a friend in who is a male, but would have been infuriated because they would have addressed him & respecteded him much more I guarantee it. Even though I make more money and know more about cars than him. They still have a car I want, which is really hard I don't like many. But I also hate giving my business to someone who has been so blatantly prejudiced towards women.

Don’t buy a vehicle here without an inspection. They do not do inspections you take it elsewhere. Got a car after they informed me it had no issues and the test drive was good. Days later $3300 In repairs. Never returning

We drove almost 3 hours with the intent to purchase a vehicle. We absolutely loved the car however our experience with this dealership almost led to us walking away from it multiple times! First they would not take our CASH offer because it was $500 below asking price. When we tried to work with their financing lady, she said “I’m scheduled to leave in 15 minutes” and was not helpful at all, even threatened to share why she thought we wouldn’t get financing (that’s right she didn’t even run our info!) if we wrote a negative review! Because we were out of state they told us we could drive with no plates in Iowa for 30 days as well as our state but that they don’t do licensing work with our state. Luckily we never got pulled over but that is absolutely not the case as confirmed by law enforcement. To top it all off, we were not sent home with the title for a car we eventually scraped the last bit of cash to purchase it. So now over a week later we still can not drive our vehicle!! Worst buying experience I have ever had! They clearly only care about their high end vehicle customers and not the average family!
