Mark was very helpful and patient with the entire process of this car purchase. However, I would have liked for it to be easier to leave this review. This part of the website is NOT user friendly!

They were happy to let us see under the vehicle and check everything out. Gave us a couple of oil changes. Happy to work with us. And replace some small things on the spot!

i wrote these guys a good review well they forgot to mention the 1700 dollar repair that it needed,hmm what do you think does someone who sells you something and neglects to mention problems that are costly are they in the wrong or is on me then i took it to the dealership in columbus to get it fixed this is when they were just as unreliable as these guys i have nothing personal against anyone just wonder why this stuff has to happen always

My experience with A was horrible, as was the vehicle that was sold to me. The fact that the check engine came on the day i drove it iff off the lot should have been my first clue. Mind You i was told to come back because the brakes were bad and they needed redone. That was just the biginning. I owned the van for 1 yr and 5 months and i quickly learned that it was the most expensive and unreliable investment and regret ive done. I had it in the A shop so many times i actually lost count after 25. Broke on side of road 4 times, 5 if you count the time the tow truck brought me a rental vehicle ( because the van caught fire with my family in it) and the rental vehicle they brought me ran out of gas 5 mins from where they brought it to me. I couldnt wven get to a gas station. At one time the A service worker told me that this is just the way your van sounds now. Short list of work done, full brakes and wires, head gasket but wasnt discovered until several overheated breakdowns, multiple fluke issues but my favorite was the transmission. Thankfully i purchased a warrenty or i would have been absolutely screwed. Just when i thought what else could go wrong and i thought i got out the last kink something else would happen. I went 10000 in negative equity just to walk away from the crappiest vehicle which A auto happen to sell me.

Met the owner face at work, advised me he owned a car dealership . Went to A plus and the customer service I received was A . Not only from the salesman I had but with the whole team. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I am definitely glad I made the choice to come here!!!!

I just purchased my 3rd car from Aplus. Jacob took amazing care of me, located exactly what I wanted and got it to the location within just a few days of starting the process. All of the staff were super helpful and made thocess easy! I wanted leather seats and window tint, which Jacob also took care of scheduling and had the instal completed within 2 days! I will not buy from anywhere else.
