Highly Recommend this Dealership!
I was in the market for a reasonably priced minivan. I found what I was looking for at CFAC. The sticker was a bit higher than what I was after but the guys worked with me to come up with a price that worked for both of us. I had to purchase on a Saturday and they called in a finance person who showed up promptly just for us! The tires on the vehicle were worn so they called a LOCAL tire company and set up an appointment for 4 new tires which the paid for. As I was pulling out in my new vehicle I noticed that the CD player was not working. They were so accommodating in replacing it at no cost to me. I have, and will continue to send my friends and family to CFAC! I really appreciate the local service and having a company involved in local community!

Excellent Customer Service!
This was hands down the best experience I've had buying a used vehicle! Talon (the sales person) really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my Jeep. However, their whole staff in general was a pleasure to work with. Talon worked to find a price I was comfortable with and took care of small subtleties to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. It was worth making the drive from Seattle and I would definitely recommend these guys!

Love My Kia Soul!
My wife and I bought a Kia Soul about a year ago, and we absolutely love it! We were not planning on buying this particular vehicle, however, when we explained our wants and needs out of our next purchase, they showed us a few different options. Gave us the Autocheck History report on each one, found us pros and cons of each vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about vehicles, and they do not try to pressure you into buying something that you do not want. Also, they got us a killer interest rate! Horible Service
This place is awful! They will tell you everything you want to hear just to get you off the lot with whatever pile they are trying to sell you. In February my husband and I bought a Ford Excursion from CFAC. Everything seemed on the "up and up" until we took it to the beach and back (less than 220 miles) within a week of purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle started to have a shutter issue. We brought it back to work with them to fix it. We were told it was a pinion seal in the rear differential, they did fix that. Within another week of them "fixing" it started shuttering again. We did not take it back to them as they obviously did not fix or look at what we asked them to. Just last week we had to have it towed to our own shop as it would not move over five miles an hour. Our shop then diagnosed it with a complete transmission failure with a hefty price of $3,600. We have only put 503 miles on this vehicle since it was purchased in February (and yes I have the odometer readings to prove it). Our shop tried to work with CFAC and was told it was not their responsibility. Our shop also contacted the shop that CFAC sent this vehicle to, to see what they found when the pinion seal was repaired. The shop that repaired the seal was not informed of the shutter issue by CFAC. Our shop also said that this shutter would never been a symptom of a pinion seal issue. CFAC then lied to us stating (in writing, no less) that their shop told them that the pinion seal is what was causing the "shutter" issue. I know that under the law they may be covered, but this is not customer service. We were sold a faulty vehicle and were lied to. This is a prime example of why used car dealers have such a horrible reputation. We were happy at first to be purchasing from a "smaller local" business and not a huge dealership. I will never recommended or go back to this place again. It was disappointing to say the least. Now it is time to contact every consumer protection available and every review site I can find. Folks that are looking at this place to buy and are doing their research need to know that this is the kind of business that CFAC conducts!

This response was posted by one of our customers prior to actually contacting us with the actual issue that they were dealing with. They also posted this same complaint on several websites. When we finally saw this on one of them, we contacted them immediately to resolved the issue. They came back into our dealership and worked out a solution and had the problem resolved, and had the transmission fixed, and we covered the majority of the issue. The customers were satisfied and happy. We were hoping that they would get back on this website, and all others to post that we actually did help them when we heard about their misfortune. We are a small, independent, family owned dealership, and we strive to make every customer as happy as we possibly can. No one is perfect, nor is there such a thing as a perfect car. We have each one inspected and serviced as best we can before they hit our lot for sale... unfortunately, we don't have a crystal ball. So when huge issues like this happen so close to the sale, we try our best to resolve the situation that benefits the customer more than us! -CFAC STAFF
Great help willingness to help
My 82 year old father in law had only so much money to spend and they worked very hard to find away for him to get the car he needed. With his age they worked with him and were very patient with him. I would highly recommend this dealer and will use them when I get ready to purchase another car.

Documented Routine Maintenance Records on Display
I purchased a use vehicle from these folks. I am sorry that I did. The sales folks were happy to show presumably routine mainteancerecords (ie lube, oil and filter) for all of their inventory HOWEVER, The vehicle that I purchased had * a bad batter that needed to be replaced right away * a dirty air filter * who knows what else is wrong with this car? So much for routine mainteance!! One of the head-lamp compartments on my purchased vehicle had a leak and water was spilling inside. I believed Gene the salesman when he said that the water would evaporate. The water does not evaporate and the headlamp compartment needs to be replace altogether. My cordail entreaty to Community First Auto Centers for some modicum of a courtesy recompense has been met with silence. Imagine that. The folks at this car dealership are stereotypical used car salesmen and are the reason why used car salespeople are disliked in the community.
