I've had BIG problems with this service department in the past. It got so bad I was not going to buy a car at this dealer ever again. I have bought 3 cars here over the last few years. I did write a bad review a while ago detailing problems that I had. I'm happy to say that the service is 100% better this time around. Thanks to a new service manager and front desk team I had a very good experience with my recent repairs. Good job!

Initial tire repair failed, however, upon return the dealer quickly and apologetically investigated and corrected the situation. The work done was quickly and has eliminated the initial reason for bringing the vehicle in. Very pleased with service received. Would have given five stars for Quality of Repairs except for having to return a few days later.

I was having a pretty rough week and to top it off, the bumper on my car was coming loose while I was driving. The dealership was the closest on my way back home and Sara calmed me down and guys at the collision shop fixed the problem, fast. I would come back for any future services.

Easiest process. Got my car in for an oil change in less than 45 minutes. If that. The price for a ill synthetic oil change beats anywhere else in the area and then some.
