I was set up to get a vehicle with no money down. Next day they sold it to someone else. Then I inquired about another one that was listed at $6500. When she set up the payments she told me that the advertised price was wrong and that it was $2200 more than the advertised price and now needed a $2000 deposit. The reason I gave 2 stars is they they do seem nice.

Dishonest dealership with unprofessional practices. Contacted dealership and exchanged trade in information. Dealership was going to contact me back which it never did and then raised the price of the vehicle I was interested in. So unprofessional and shady. Don't trust this place and would never buy a vehicle here. Don't recommend it either due to lack of trust and transparency.

10/10 would shop here again! We found our dream car online and George made the entire process of buying it and trading in our old car so easy and seamless. I am so over the moon with our new car! Thank you for everything you did to make this dream car a reality for our family.

Buyers beware!!! We recently picked up a used Jeep Wrangler from George over at Motorcars of Kalamazoo. First of all, we had to wait almost 2 weeks in order to get the vehicle because George said that it was getting detailed and inspected by their team. He told me that during the inspection their team found some issues with the brakes and steering which took several more days to get fixed. We ended up buying the vehicle and once we drove it home, that’s when all of the issues began of course. Hitting a small bump caused the vehicle to pull tremendously. The ABS light turned on and the ABS started to engage while driving which is very unsafe. We live 90 minutes away and so I didn’t want to drive it back to the dealership to have them look at it again for god knows how long, so I brought it into my trusted mechanic to have them take a look. They found that the vehicle had a broken tie rod in the front and another one that was extremely loose. The brakes in the rear were seized. The ABS sensors in the rear were not working and the rear axle had major damage and needed to be fully replaced. What was crazy is that all of the issues that were found were things that his team was supposedly working on for almost 2 weeks… I had my mechanic start fixing the issues and texted George to let him know about the damage that was found. He apologized and asked that I send him the bill afterwards so that they could help me out. I sent him the bill and they responded by saying that they aren’t willing to do anything. Keep in mind this all happened within the first few days of owning the vehicle. So over $3,000 later, our vehicle is not road worthy. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. These guys are shady and dishonest. George, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Motorcars of kalamazoo was the worst experience I ever had with purchasing a car. Notice problems the very first day. Took the car immediately back to the dealership where the owner of motorcars John Badawi agreed to take the car back if I payed the sales tax for the car. Long story short I left the car at the dealership for 2 months waiting for the title to come so they could purchase it back get to the dealership all of a sudden nobody knows what I'm talking about or what's going on. So finally I got a lawyer sent them a demand letter and still no response they have both the money and the car. Please do not buy a car from this dealership all they want is your money.
