Be advised I haven't purchased a vehicle from these

Be advised I haven't purchased a vehicle from these people yet, but please be careful with reading reviews. Usually when people that a bad experience they are 100 times more likely to leave a negative post than then a person has a good to hear experience. Also, me posting this proves you don't even have to buy a vehicle from this dealership to leave feedback. So please be careful and read each comment carefully and be sure to check the details.

Went to bridge city Test drove 2016.

Went to bridge city Test drove 2016. Escalade took my fixed scanner with me hooked up the scanner and scan the vehicle and it came back with bad transmission. Do not buy from this place. They want 24,000 for this truck I would not be buying from them, they have bad cars

Steer clear!

Steer clear! The manager will instantly start treating you like a threat when you call them out on issues with the car. Pointed out that there was damage on the front bumper and the passenger door didn't align correctly. You could also see all the paint rubbed off from the door being bent at one point. Was told that this was "minor" and doesn't affect value. Also whoever they used for detailing did a terrible job and left dirt in many places in the car. The manager didn't know how to explain a Carfax and kept saying he didn't know why it showed like that. He also drew 3 or 4 boxes on a piece of paper with $$$ in them trying to explain something that could only possibly make sense to him, maybe. As I was leaving I heard someone else congratulate him by saying "Nice! You made him mad." Very professional... 0/5 stars if I could.

I drove over an hour to test drive a car, after calling

I drove over an hour to test drive a car, after calling and asking if it had any issues, and they reassured me it didn’t, despite having the vehicle for over 200 days. Upon arriving, the key fob I was handed literally said “bad motor” on the back of it. When I pointed it out, I was met with the excuse that they “had a disgruntled employee”. Maybe they do, but that interaction wasted my time and didn’t sit right with me.

Twice within a month, they said a car was available to

Twice within a month, they said a car was available to drive and then when we went to see it we were told it had been "checked out as a loaner vehicle." I honestly think they may be running some kind of bait and switch operation where they post some car at a great price and then when you get there they say it is out. Be very cautious or even better, just give your business to a different dealer.

Be warned, do not buy from this business. I have never wrote a bad review, but felt compelled and even obligated to share my experience to warn others. I will file complaints with the BBB, attorney general and intend to take this as far as I can. This business has lied about the cost, warranty, interest rate and their business practices. The sales manager smelled of alcohol when we were at Bridge City Auto Sales to purchase the vehicle. He also bribed me with $100 gas reimbursement if I would not leave a bad review, after multiple incidents of mistreatment. Needless to say, he never reimbursed us any costs. They will push you to buy a warranty with the false pretense “you can cancel at anytime” and then never file the paperwork or even take your calls. If you request the general manager’s name or contact details they are skilled in avoidance and will not divulge any information that will hold them accountable or may be used against them. This business is the most unprofessional, unethical, slimy place I have ever encountered. They claim to honor veterans. But, my father is a veteran and has never been treated as poorly as this business treated him. They hung up on him multiple times and were heard in the background of calls saying, “I’m done dealing with this f****** guy.” Shame on them for disrespecting a senior. Shame on them for poor business practices. Shame on them for discrimination.
