Easiest Vehicle purchase we have every made. No pressure from start to finish. We had been looking for a Toyota Tocoma for three years. One of our vehicles was in dire need of replacement. We found "exactly" what we had been looking for and at an awesome price point on the lot at RAV Motors in Crystal, MN. I walked in and requested a test drive from Artur. He happily provided the keys. Shortly there after we made arrangements for completion of purchase. My wife and I would and actually have referred a friend. Very courteous, we called the night before and the salesman said they would hold the vehicle for us until we arrived the next day. The vehicle was parked and ready for us to test drive it when we arrived. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very prompt with the paperwork to help us close the sale and get back on the road quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership.😃
