Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever!
Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever!! These people wouldn't know the truth if it bit them. And it goes all the way to the top. The general manager, Todd Hopkins and sales manager Lindsey Emery were the worst. It literally took me 4 months to get my title. No excuse!! The day I got the car home it nearly bled to death in my driveway. Spot of oil over a foot across in just a few hours. They had this vehicle for 60 days but magically it never leaked there. I looked it up in the Lexus database and guess what?? It said clean oil leak, just before I bought it. Do as you please, but trust me when I say, these people will absolutely lie to you!!

Geoff, Thank you for the feedback again. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. As we previously discussed this 2012 with 190,000 miles was sold as is. We offered to purchase it back but you said if we would send the $551 for the repair you would be happy. We did send the $551 even though the vehicle was sold as is. It has now been almost 15 months since you purchased this vehicle and I am sorry you are still unhappy with the transaction. As far as the title issues the IOWA DOT told us after their investigation that the registration was not completed due to a failure to have the vehicle inspected in Missouri. Again we are sorry that we did not deliver the experience you were expecting. Please feel free to reach out to us at the store if we can help further
Again with the lies. You NEVER offered to buy it back! In fact that was what I asked you to do!! As for the title, you are dead wrong again! I had a Missouri Vehicle Inspection done the day after I bought it, at my own expense, by the shop that fixed the oil leak you allegedly knew nothing about. It's all documented on lexus.com if you look up the service history. It says from your dealership, clean oil leak at 185.000 miles. Hmmm that's the mileage it had when I purchased it. I gave you the Missouri Inspection and my property tax receipt. The inspection was good for 60 days. Your people dropped the ball and didn't get it done in that time. You people simply don't know how to tell the truth!!!

I know you are unhappy. I am sorry for your experience. You asked for $563 and we sent it. if we can do anything else please let us know. This was almost a year ago and you are obviously still unhappy
Yes, it actually was over a year ago. And yes, I am still and always be unhappy. And I want exactly what I have already received form you..NOTHING!! I just hope people will see this and beware of what an unscrupulous business you have. People have a certain amount of trust because you are a franchise Lexus dealer. You are not worthy of that trust. This is just a heads up to future customers. BUYER BEWARE!!

After doing business with Lujack and Smart for over 20 years and Leasing 12 vehicles, I was very disappointed in the lack of interest on the part of the sales department’s And their lack of communication. They don’t return phone calls, don’t respond to emails and no response to the Monogram submissions I’ve made. I realize these are trying times in Automobile world, but it should not result in ignoring a long time customer’s sale interest
