Had a 10:00 appointment and was out at 11:00. I recommend this location for oil changes and repairs.

Would give ?0? stars if that were an option. Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service. Completely unacceptable. I have gotten several cars through them over the years (proud Jeep driver) and I will never go to them again ? final straw. I was exceptionally patient given proximity to my house but we all have breaking points. They kept my car for 12 days for what turned out to be a 1-hr fix. The communication was beyond poor and misleading - promising I was ?next in line? several times only to find out 12 days later the car still hadn?t been looked at. The customer service manager is worst in class. Attitude, no answers, no apologies or attempts to problem solve and help me - the customer - out. Customer service manager never once considered or tried to understand the frustration I must have been experiencing. Just eye rolls, attitude, passive aggressiveness, kicking the can down the road and no resolutions. Refused to give me a loaner car / pay for a rental until I escalated to sales per below ? 12 days later ? leaving me 1 car to get wife + me to work and 2 kids to school / activities. Not until I managed to break away from work on a Saturday to get answers in person did I get movement. And even that was pulling teeth until I could get sales involved. At the end of it all, despite being told the work would be covered by insurance throughout, they attempted to charge me $500 for the work. And only after I escalated all the way to the top of Reedman Toll did they agree to waive the charges. They have a major customer service problem and I have now heard this from numerous people who refuse to do anything at Reedman Toll (buy, lease, service) because of the completely unacceptable and incompetent customer service group.

Peggy was my saleswoman and she made the process so easy. I was out within an hour, she gave me exact prices and everything upfront. She was very personable, friendly, and helpful. I would go again just to talk with her!

Juliet was rude and didn't even start servicing my car had my car since Wednesday around 8 something car was still not even touched by Monday around 10 something. I wouldn't give Any stars.

Juliet the service manager, was good. Can not comment on repair as I just picked it up.

Made appointment for service on my Jeep Compass. Was driving different, confirmed nessecary repairs and completed the same day.

If you go here ask for Franklin he is excellent!! I had a great experience with him and every aspect.

Kevin was the definition of customer service! He made sure I left happy! Went above and beyond!
