John Howerton Honda

Trey was awesome. We spoke a few times before we came in from huntington to get a particular car. Trey helped us with everything and made sure it went smoothly. My only complaint is that we had a really long wait to complete the paperwork. Little blip in an otherwise great experience. Highly recommend buying from Trey and John Howerton Honda.

We were in the market for a used CRV for my daughter and we found exactly what we were looking for at Howerton. We got a really nice CPO 2015 CRV at a great price. It was pouring, so they pulled the car into their garage so we could look at it and not have to stand in the rain. Trey helped us and he was awesome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dread shopping for used cars because I really don't like dealing with pushy and dishonest sales people. I was very pleasantly surprised that Trey (and the other sales people) were not pushy at all, but were very nice and easy to deal with. They seemed truly interested in making sure we got what we wanted instead of just selling us whatever they had. I will be in the market for a new car in a few years, and I will definitely be returning to John Howerton Honda even though we live 85 miles away and there are plenty of other dealer near us.

We have had several Honda vehicles. When we were ready to trade, we knew we wanted another Honda. We decided on the CR-V. We have had this make before and loved it. The salesperson, Wayne, did everything he could to help us decide on this car. All the employees at John Howerton Honda were very courteous and helpful.

I went to buy a new car and the sales guy named Jearemy Ferrebee was a great help.He took time to talk to me and was very concerned to make sure I got what I wanted

Absolutely the best buying experience! My wife and I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. Both the salesperson and finance person were very friendly and easy to deal with! We went back and forth on pricing,but we were able to come to a amicable agreement. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Drove a long way to get the car we wanted and found it here for a reasonable price. Very friendly and accommodating staff including salesperson and support staff. Used car was in great shape with a lot of repair issues updates. Wish we lived closer so we could use them for our next car. Very happy with the purchase and the service we recieved. Brad Anderson, the salesperson was very understanding and helpful. Definitely recommend to all fellow Honda lovers!

IHAD A APPOINTMENT TODAY TO GET MY OIL CHANGED AT THREE OCLOCK DIDNT GET OUT OF THERE TILL FIVE THIS EVENING ,THEY WAS TAKING EVERYONE AHEAD OF ME TO ME THAT IS POOR SERVICE WHEN THEY DONT TAKE YOU IN ON TIME AND TAKE EVERYONE AHEAD OF YOU AND DONT EVEN SAY THE ARE SORRY THEY JUST IGNORED ME LIKE I WAS NOTHING.

The staff was awesome to work with. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a new or used car.

Everyone was nice and willing to work with us on our deal. Jim Copenhaver was able to find the spare key for me, which was great. One of the only disappointing thing was that they didnt fill the car up with gas, was told they are not allowed to fill up used cars. Everywhere else that we have dealt with in buying a used car does fill the gas tank up. Overall had a good experience.
