Sales Agent David Diamond found me vehicle valued higher than the dealership up the street. David voluntarily gave up his commission and gave so much of himself to make sure I got the best monthly price and best interest rate. David continued working with me every step of my financing and far beyond. Clearly, David raises the top standard.

AWFUL!!! Be expected to pay $2500 more. REPORT!
I took a very expensive Uber to test drive a used car listed for $16,000. Loved the car, ready to make a cash payment ....then BAM! Nope, that's not the final price. You HAVE to pay $2,500 more for our custom protection plan. I don't want that plan! And they said it was required. I was ok paying for the normal tax title etc. But I do not want the custom protection plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they had me sit with some finance guy that offered to finance me the plan. I don't want to finance anything! I have cash!!!! Left angry and deceived. NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The salesman was nice and I know he was just doing what he was told. Why hasn't this been notified under the Consumer Fair Trade Law???? I am trying to let them know.

Stay Away From Clay
Two years ago, I wrote a positive review for this dealership. Since then, I have had several very bad interactions with the dealership. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. They lured me in with an offer for my son's car that we purchased two years ago. They would not even come close to honoring their offer. The only vehicle they said to match their extremely restrictive criteria did not even start. The next closest had 4500 miles without being titled and they wanted me to throw in a couple of thousand dollars to sweeten the deal.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I am a first time car buyer and so I went car shopping with no expectations on the type of car I could get. I went in wanting to look at a 20,000 car or less. They pulled 2 cars that they thought would work for me and I liked neither. I was trying to leave and go to Mazda because I know their cars are more reasonably priced for new buyers like me. The MANAGER stopped me outside asking what I would like. I told him and he directing me to a 40,000 car explaining I could get that car for the price I need. After 3 hours of reassuring me on a $450 a month price with 0 down we took a break and even let me take the car to lunch! Making me believe this is basically a done deal he was just getting paper work. On the 5th hour he sent the finance guy to me with a price of $588 with 1k down. Obviously incredibly higher than the we agreed on. I said absolutely not and for the second time tried to walk out this time incredibly pissed due to being promised a certain price for 5 hours!! After everyone saw I was pissed the finance guy came up to me to reassure me that whoever spoke to me was absolutely wrong for ever telling me that. They finally offered me a deal of $489 a month which should not be allowed but at that point I was so mad I left the deal and went to Mazda to get a brand new car for cheaper than they could offer me. That manager is absolutely horrible. • • I will like to say that Charles the finance guy (I hope that’s his name) is absolutely amazing and is 100% straight forward of what I could and could not do. If I could rate him alone 5+ stars I would.

Never Again
Worst customer service I have ever experienced when buying a car, from rude sales mans to rude financing manager. My financing manager was Jose Rubio. Literally got upset because I wouldn’t take the deal he wanted me to take. Lied a lot about the breakdown of prices which I understand because he is trying to make his money but don’t sit here and lie and get upset when we call you out on the numbers your showing us. Last time I’ll be buying from that place.

If I could select NO stars, I would. I received a form text message about 20 minutes ago from them saying we received your credit application. Knowing I did not fill one out since my vehicle is paid for & what I'm buying is about half the cost of my vehicle's value, I asked when it was submitted, what vehicle it was for but they would not answer the question. I knew it didn't happen & we're trying to weasel out of it instead of being honest. Apparently, this type behavior is the norm for this dealership.
