I lost my key fob.
I lost my key fob. This dealership charged $198 for the fob (without a hard key) and then another $175 to program the fob. I saw what looked like an identical fob on Amazon for $39. It took an hour to reprogram the fob. I felt these prices were excessive. Then of course they changed 3 percent extra because I used my charge card

This dealer scheduled an appt to test drive a car for us
This dealer scheduled an appt to test drive a car for us that was in service when we arrived and we were told you could not test drive it. We wasted 2 hours of driving time! Gave them constructive feedback to not do this to future customers, and notified they took the car off of car websites, but it is still on them. Sorry Kunes, need to try harder for prospective customers!

Don’t buy here.
Don’t buy here. Sell Canadian vehicles with no warranty and they don’t explain that to you at all. Had truck 6 months and A/C didn’t not work first time I tried it. Was told I owe $2000 for new compressor because could have gone been since I owned it!! How many times do u think I ran A/C in Wisconsin during winter!! Place is a joke

Shop elsewhere!
Shop elsewhere! Dealer has “dealer adjustments” and “Dealer added items” on all their new cars that don’t reflect on the website price. I found 2 vehicles I was interested in on their website so I decided to make the 1 hour drive on a Sunday to take a look. When I got there, there was a sticker on window stating there was a $5,500 market adjustment for a security package and Cermaplate fee. I called and asked 2 salespeople about it and they acted like they’ve never seen that foot long sticker on every car on their lot. The manager said they have to add certain things to “protect” their cars which add $1,000 to the price for things like wheel locks. I have bought dozens of new cars and trucks for me and my business from multiple dealers and I have never been to a dealer who had market adjustments on every new vehicle on their lot.

As long as Michael not your salesperson you might walk
As long as Michael not your salesperson you might walk away with a car. The guy just not a good car salesmen at the moment, I dealt with him twice, gave him the benefit of the doubt 1st time but second time I had to leave a review and stop the company’s rating on google because I’m sure the company knows he unprofessional and can’t sell a car.
