Absolutely awful people. Worst dealer I’ve ever encountered. Will not share my experience because it was so bad it’s not even worth my time. Sold me a piece of junk and Mr Spears took full advantage of a senior citizen. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I highly recommend this dealership. I needed to buy a new (used) car on short notice, and Jim and Deb made the experience super easy. My biggest hassle was dealing with my own bank to get financing straightened out, after being preapproved for a loan. I bought a high mileage Subaru Crosstrek, and Jim lowered the price even further when I voiced my concerns about the mileage. Deb helped make the sale almost seamless, handling all the paperwork.

If there was a 0 star button i most definitely would give them that. I currently just bought a 2015 Kia sportage for $13,000 if not more I sold them a 2014 X1 BMW that I should have kept because this car is most definitely not worth how much it was sold to me for. Drove the car 3 days if not less gave it back to the dealer & told them something is not right with this car multiple times. They took it back for almost a whole month & gave it back it was still running the same. I have asked for copies of the mechanic paper work & for some reason there is none. This is beyond bad sales men ship & I don’t wish this feeling on anybody trying to buy a car now I am fighting to get a new car due to the fact you couldn’t be a up front dealer & I am not the only one that feels this way so if your buying a first time car from them I’m begging you NOT TOO! most definitely the worst service I have ever had with a auto dealer. Been saying I feel unsafe in this car since I bought it & yet no sympathy from this dealer. Was only concerned with taken my money instead.

Posting a one star review because that’s the lowest possible rating I can give. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership 6 months ago and it has already needed a new fuel pump, battery, computer board, head gasket, rotors, fuel level sensor…and to top it all off…a brand new engine. I was also surprised to see that the coolant hose was “repaired” by pouring a cheap liquid sealant down into the tank instead of replacing it like an honest mechanic would. We made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They have been known to sell LEMON VEHICLES to their clients. The vehicle we purchased not even half a year ago was an absolute LEMON. If you value your hard earned money in any way, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! It’s more like a glorified junkyard than a car dealership.

I purchased a 2007 Volvo for 7,000 dollars. It is costing me another 10,000 just to be able to drive it. It was delivered leaking radiator fluid, and oil. They have no problem taking your money. Out of state buyers beware!! Thieves

Been shopping for a car now for weeks and then I found a car online being sold by Jims auto. They were an hour away but but the price was right. The whole experience was comfortable and smooth. The problems that came up were tackled immediately. I'm very happy!

Most small corner lots are hit and miss ( mostly miss) NOT HERE. I had a great experience down there. Low pressure and very accommodating. Worked fairly with me, no games. Delivered also at a fair price. Jim and his staff were a pleasure to work with Thank you Jim Spears Auto.

On my way upstate had some transmission trouble. Jim went out of his way after hours to help. The next day he serviced my transmission so on my way back home I could drop his rental and take my car. It's been a long time since I have had anyone that actually cared and helped without raking me over the coals. Thanks Jim, you saved my weekend vacation.

Very easy to deal with. Brought vehicle 40 minutes closer to me, saved me travel time. No hassle pricing, asked what was best price, and agreed to deal.
