The sales person was easy to work with minus his tears
The sales person was easy to work with minus his tears attempting to jump in and expedite a sale when me and him had a good understanding of where I needed to go. The Finance department doesn’t answer the phone calls when you call. The general manager doesn’t stick to his own timelines when saying he will return your call or get you documentation at a specific time. I was very clear about not wanting any extra additions or anything on my car and they still put random things that brought the base level from $29,000 to $32,000. Those add-ons were not put into the receipt or transaction of sale. They were third-party warranties that I believe we’re just there to boost the price of the vehicle. I’ve been told since May that they were going to be refunding me this money, it is now August 20 and I’m still being told Just give it a couple more weeks. I believe there was never a third-party warranty. I believe that they charge the vehicle and thought I wouldn’t notice and pocketed about $3000 and are now continuing to start giving me my money back.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership if you don’t live in there area they don’t approve you! And my credit is good! 750 and I ended up getting a 2025 buick envista from Basil on Southwestern Boulevard they were great!

Went to check out a Durango and meet Ben who I was
Went to check out a Durango and meet Ben who I was speaking to in advance. When we arrived we were taken over by Natalie as Ben was not in. Not only did she basically call me a liar and treated me rudely, but only cared about selling me any car she could and not what I wanted. I will never buy a car from this dealership based on how she treated me, which is unfortunate as Ben seemed like a nice guy.

I have gone to Kunes in Elkhorn for serive since
I have gone to Kunes in Elkhorn for serive since purcahsing my truck four years ago. I will no longer have service done here. A Kunes rep called me about 2 weeks ago and set up a recall appt for my DEF pump, the rep also arranged for a loaner to be pciked up at the time of service. When I arrived, the service adviser lectured me about how the rep who scheduled the appt can't promise loaners and that particualr program is new and struggling. I drove an hour for the appt but I agreed to reschedule. I have had issues with frequent regens (2 a day) in my diesel and asked if the DEF pump could be the issue. Kunes has been attempting to ID the issue w/o luck. Another service advisor stepped in the conversation and asked if I "actually" need a 3/4 ton P/U. I explained that I don't need it's full ability everyday. The advisor then explained that the issue is how I drive it. The truck has 145,000 miles on it and 70,000 is towing over 7,000 lbs. The advisor didn't know the truck, it's history (which is in the Kunes computer) or me but was willing to speak down to the owner. I left before I couldn't control my temper and called the service manager later to cancel the appt and inform him I will never return.

We purchased a older Jeep at Kunes.
We purchased a older Jeep at Kunes. Eddie Sandoval sales representative helped us with the purchase and provide all the details and service history for the Jeep. Within 3 hours We drove home with our Jeep. Great service, Friendly staff.

Lack of communication.
As of now I'm having a hard time giving 2 stars. I've been very interested in purchasing a 2021 Ram Laramie and trading in my 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel. I have positive equity, over an 800 credit score. This particular truck has all the options I want and need, but it seems like not one person there wants my business. I will delete or update this review if things change.
