Absolutely horrible service.

Absolutely horrible service. My car has been sitting at the dealership for over a month. The towing company dropped my vehicle in the employee parking lot. I spoke with the manager and he stated he will have it towed down over a month ago. Each day I call, he's in a meeting, placed another advisor on it, or will call me back. I never get the returned phone call.at thisbpoint im going to getvmyncar towed somewhere else. If you need your car serviced please go somewhere else!!!

Service Department is a JOKE

The salesman Sam, was great and had no problems at all with him. The service department is a JOKE! No since in scheduling an appointment you will still be waiting 2 to 3 hours later. Also ordered parts that were not available when I bought my brand new blazer only to find out that someone else came in needing the same parts and they used the ones that I ordered. I have ordered parts August 30, 2023 and am still waiting for a call. Do not attempt to call and expect anyone to get back with you regarding parts or service.

BIG RIP-OFF!

I took my car to Cannon Chevrolet in Oxford, MS today to have the lock on my car replaced, because it would not open with the key. They wanted $1,074.00 to replace the lock. I payed the diagnostic, $159.00, and decided to take my car elsewhere because the price was too high. When I dropped my car off, I specifically told the service attendant that the car window needed to stay half way down, because the car locks when you shut the door. Since the key did not work, I had to reach in to unlock the door. When I went to pick up my car, the service attendant rolled up the window, and I could not get into my car. The staff at Cannon Chevrolet could not open my car door, and I had to pay a locksmith $75 to unlock my car. It was a horrible experience! I will never go there again.

My vehicle was in the shop for 4 months and 5 days,it went from needing a radiator to a starter to head gaskets then needed a motor even though i purchased the Radiator and motor and the extended warranty covered the starter and my bill 7,429.80 and I paid in full all was going well until one day I decided to turn the a.c. and it kept blowing warm air so I had a friend to look at it and he said that it needed freon so I went to Auro Zone and purchased 3 bottles and a can of compression oil for a total of $87.38 so I called David the service manager and informed him of reimbursement and he said he would speak to Jamie and get right back with me so after a couple hours I called back and he was in a meeting or he's with a customer or he's at lunch and I even stopped by on my way down town and guess what "he's in a meeting." So the following day I called and they turned the call over to Jamie I went to tell her about the situation and she said that she told me it had a hole in it which I said to her that she was lying and she hanged the phone up in my face I it's been about a week and no leaking. All I was trying to get was a reimbursement. This feels racial

Great service!

I had a great experience shopping for and purchasing a car from Cannon! Dan Fulton was very helpful in finding the car I wanted quickly. He was friendly, professional and honest and I would highly recommend working with Dan.

Nobody Beats a Cannon Deal

My husband and I had a great experience at Cannon this past weekend. We went looking for a truck and left with an amazing deal and service. Jake worked so well with us and answered all our questions and concerns. We can't thank Jake enough for all the hard work. He found the perfect truck for us! We will definitely go back for any vehicle purchase we need to make in the future.
