Ive bought or leased two separate vehicles from them. Both of them started having major issues within a year. The "repairs they did to the second one were in a random guys garage who fixed it twice over 4 days and returned it to me only for the engine to still be leaking and roasting oil from the same spot. Then they were to busy to fix it properly. Fast forward a year later. I got rid of the car lease from them and have the car back about a year ago. Now I get a hit on my credit report saying they repossessed it and I owe 6000. Not to mention the massive drop in points. I would never recommend North point auto or magnum finance to anyone even as a last resort.

Great service!
Our first car we bought from them was a 2010 Chevy Equinox. Four days later it took a crap on us. After some talking with them they hooked us up with a temp car until we figured out what we were going to do. When it found out that the Chevy was going to need a new engine they got us into a 2013 Subaru Outback and took the payments we were making on the Chevy and moved them over to the Subaru. We are now on our 4th vehicle from them as I did their old 13 month credit program and moved into a full sized truck.

Poor Service after you buy
Was great dealing with them when buying a car however do not plan on them returning phone calls after you have got the car. Also do not believe we ordered the part you need .

Impressive Customer Service
My Husband and I were in the market for a car for a couple of months. I had dealt with more dealerships than I would have liked to admit. I stumbled across a great deal at Northpointe Motors on our 2013 Ford Explorer. We purchased it from out of state (approx 550 Mi away) Michelle Rayner was the first person I talked to when I called and she was very professional and prompt in answering all of my questions and she saw the sale through to the end. It was quite a process buying a vehicle from out of state but Michelle definitely went above and beyond in all aspects. I asked if the car had remote start, she got back to me with the answer, which was no; however, before she got back to me she took it upon herself to contact a local company and get a quote on how much it would cost for us to have remote start installed before we picked it up. She researched and emailed us the best route for us to take on the way home from picking up the vehicle without us requesting such directions. She looked into delivery options to see if we could benefit from getting the vehicle delivered to our state as opposed to going to pick it up. The only day we could pick the vehicle up was on a Sunday and Northpointe Motors is closed for business on Sundays. Without hesitation Michelle said that it was no problem and her and a colleague picked my husband up from the airport on their day off, a holiday (mothers day) nonetheless. I have nothing but good things to say about Northpointe Motors and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Not to mention I am totally in love with our new car which we got for a great price!

Love my new van!

I typically try to avoid used car lots due to the ?typical used car salesmen? attitude you get. When I noticed that Signature Motors had the van I had been looking for I had to stop by and check it out. I was greeted by John who was very knowledgeable and friendly when it came to the vehicle and didn?t seem pushy at all. I went home to think about it and do some research on my own. Everything John had mentioned was accurate, the price was very fair. So about fourteen hours later I was back in to purchase my new (to me) van! This was just over one month ago, I still couldn't be happier! The van has been flawless and I am still impressed with the whole transaction. I had to share! I will definitely be going back to Signature Motors for my next vehicle. Very Satisfied!

Horrible Experience All Around
I was in the market for a used vehicle. After submitting an inquiry I was contacted and made an appointment. Upon arriving, the person I was scheduled to meet with was not available. Not a big deal. However, the vehicle I requested to test drive was not even at the dealership. I drove an hour to test drive this vehicle and I couldn't even look at it. My husband and I looked around the lot and found another vehicle we were interest in. I was basically told I wouldn't be able to be financed for it and they attempted to strong arm me into a "similar" vehicle with just as many miles as the vehicle I was driving had. Needless to say I left very disappointed that I had wasted my time. A week later I was financed and drove off the lot with a much nicer vehicle from another dealership.
