I don’t write reviews very often, but I’m making an exception in this case. JRS and the staff there were exceptional in how I was treated. I walked in with a very good idea of what I wanted to buy, how much I wanted my payment to be, and knowing my short term financial situation was a mess. I’d just been hit by an uninsured drunk driver, the loan on myold totaled car was NOT completely closed out, and I showed up just before closing. First of all I treated politely and respectfully all the way through the process. I explained the financial situation and it didn’t phase them. I asked to see the car I was interested in, and tested it. My questions and concerns were courteously and confidently answered. After seeing the CARFAX and feeling comfortable about the vehicle itself. We started the financing process. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or uphold. Despite closing up the business for the night. They carefully explained all the paperwork work and financing details. Despite my situation I got the price, payment, and even a lower interest rate than I could find. I would highly recommend buying a car here.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I bought a car in September, within the first week the check engine light comes on, Still dealing with car problems, I've spent 3k trying to get this car fixed, after replacing all the cooling system, I find out its the head gasket which will cost me another $1500, money I do not have to spend, I even asked before purchasing if the head gasket was OK and they brushed me off. They do nothing to help and they don't care,They sent me to their mechanic to get the catalytic converter fixed and they brushed me off like I didn't know what I was talking about, 30 minutes after my car overheats, and I start having even more problems, I've spent more than half what the car was worth in the first place. These people are unprofessional and they will rip you off, I wish I could go back in time and avoid shopping there, I've dealt with so much stress and nothing is being done about it. Take your money to a reputable dealership and avoid these xxxx bags who are just trying to make a quick buck, you will be stuck with a lemon car, EXTREMELY UPSET. I'm still waiting on getting my license plates and final copies of paper work I was supposed to have last month, they don't respond to my messages. I don't even have a running car now. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Save yourself the time and the stress.

Had an appointment today with Austin at 230 been sitting here since 2 and have got no call back and a no show. We drove 45 minutes to get here and have been waiting for 2 hours not a happy camper.
