upset customer

Transferred money for a car 2 weeks ago today and still has not left the dealership!!! Talked to the sales manager and he told me straight out the best thing he could do for me was to say he was sorry!

The sales persons I dealt with were excellent. They showed a lot of caring and interest and good knowledge of the car. The customer service person is excellent.If it wasn’t for her, I might have lost interest in making a deal. Taylor Hyundai needs to have better coordination of determining the value of the trade-in. Now that everything is done, I rate my experience as very good .

Not a bad experience. Kia/Hyundai source.

James and Sean were both very helpful in helping us locate and aquire a used vehicle. Process takes a while due to their high volume of sales. Emily is also helpful online/phone. Only comment is APR from your loan provider is actually higher after they tack on a $250 paperwork fee. Like the vehicle, selection, but the purchasing process could take you several hours. Good source for Hyundai and Kia used vehicles. Service in the past has been phenominal. Thanks.

Tucson

Beautiful facility. The sales and administrative staff are exceptional. Friendly but not pushy, knowledgeable but not condescending. Streamlined experience. Teamwork among staff was really helpful. This is my third Hyundai from Taylor. I won't drive any other vehicle and I will always go to Taylor. Their ongoing service is awesome as well. Kudos Steve!

Great car buying experience!

My husband and I were looking for a larger vehicle to accommodate our expanded family. My husband had already had a good experience with buying a car for his mom at Taylor Hyundai so he suggested we go there. Andrew greeted us and did a great job of pairing us with a few vehicles that would fit our budget and size we were looking for. It was hard to choose because I was being very picky even with the budget I had but we finally came across a Lincoln that we loved. It was more than what we were looking for and we both loved it right away. Even though it was a bit over what we wanted to spend, Andrew and the finance department made it work so that we could leave with the car we were happy with. I highly recommend choosing Taylor Hyundai and ask for Andrew!
