People were very friendly and helpful but upon leaving with the car I found out that the keyless entry on the car wasn’t working and it upset me as I thought the car came with that and that was after all the paperwork had been signed and also on my way home when I turned the car off there was a clicking noise coming from the dash where the glove box is and it continues to do it for a while after I turn the car off and it’s really loud and it concerns me. They will be fixing the bubbles on the hood which is good

I was sold a Vehicle that broke down before I could pull into my garage!! Agreements and arrangements to have vehicle serviced were made until services of the vehicle were said to cost to much. My contract was then voided and my time and money and credit score were not best spent. The whole process felt unprofessional and unproductive. Jason Wright tried his best to help, I do appreciate him.

Was apprehensive about going to a dealer for a used car but got a good deal on a nice car. Taylor Kia made the whole car buying experience easy and pain free. I find most car dealers a bit intimidating, didn't feel intimidated or pressured at all. I am pretty sure that the next time I go car shopping it will be at this dealership.
