John was terrific to work with.

John was terrific to work with. I always bought my Mercedes Benz’s close to home but I saw this on Cars.com and fell in love with the color!!(starling blue) I also have a CLS430. I’m taking the CLA250 to Florida. But back to John…He was very accommodating. He returned my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. He is very professional in all that he does!! Kudos to John!!

The service is the worse, At first, they change tail

The service is the worse, At first, they change tail gate door glass for me and didn't do that right. The window washer wasn't working properly, glass side bars loose, and t\ail light cover somehow became cracked. They did the right thing, came to pick up the car on Wednesday the 6th and left me a loaner, the smallest sedan MB makes (GLA) and my car is GLE-450 (SUV), i didn't complain since i expected that would be a couple days deal. Now it's Monday 11th and the car has not yet entered the shop, It's clear on my app, all these days the car seats there locked with passenger window opened. MB management don't return my calls, my service adviser is off since Friday, and I am 6'/220lb man left with little car for now indefinitely, with none seems carry at the dealership.

I have worked with George on two leases, and both times the process was most enjoyable and easy. He is honest, clear, and concerned about my time and making the transaction efficient and seamless.
