Actually, I think they would treat their customers better than how we have been treated. I found my sister in-law a car she wanted, a 2024 TX350 with 7k miles. I called the dealer and spoke to Rainier Nicolas and everything was smooth until it wasn't. After our first conversation it took 3 tries to reach Rainer again. His voice mailbox was full so leaving a voicemail wasn't an option. I told Rainier we are more than 2 hours away so Rainier offered to walk the vehicle for us. Rainier walked around the entire vehicle and informed us that he found no blemishes or imperfections. We then submitted a credit application and waited, then we waited some more. Then we were asked to wait till the following day which was understandable because the business day was coming to a close. The morning after we had to call twice, they said they have no idea what we were talking about. They weren't able to find the credit application... fast forward 4 hours later we were there in person. They pulled the car up and the hood was covered with rock chips. We did as anyone would and asked if there was something they are willing to do about it because we were promised a car with no blemishes or imperfections. The sales person came back and we were told that the car was SOLD??? AND THENNNNN the old bait and switch... Oh here is a blue one even though you wanted white. It has less miles and it's only $500 more. I was livid!!! I had my Fiancée call the dealership and gave them the stock number and guess what? They informed her that the vehicle was still AVAILABLE. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You will live much longer and happier without the stress and aggravation this dealership has caused us.

Raymond at Lexus of Manhattan helped us with an out of

Raymond at Lexus of Manhattan helped us with an out of state purchase of a GX550 and got us exactly what we were looking for in an allocation 2 weeks after first contacting him. We were on multiple lists in our home state with dealerships and we never heard back from any of them. His attention to detail and making sure everything was what we wanted was top tier. Thank you Raymond!

We had a fantastic experience with Raymond while purchasing our Lexus RX 350h. He was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. Even though we live in New Jersey and bought the car from New York, Raymond made everything smooth and stress-free. He walked us through all the features of the car, answered every question with patience, and handled all the paperwork and registration quickly — we barely had to lift a finger. It was clear he cared about making the experience easy and enjoyable for us. Highly recommend working with Raymond if you’re visiting the Lexus dealership — his professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
