I went to have brakes job done.

I went to have brakes job done. Till that time my TMPS was working perfectly. After I got out of the dealership, the TMPS does not work. Initially I thought it might be due to cold temperatures . However even after 3 weeks , the TMPS did not function, after referring the manual, tried to reset the system without any success. Finally I took my car to the dealership. To my utter dismay and disappointment, the dealership declined to fix the issue and wanted me to bear an additional $ 400 approximately to fix the problem I firmly believe that the problem occurred while the car was under their care and possession hence they need to own their responsibility and fits the TPMS

Great service but one issue

Great customer service, good technicians that took care of my issues with no problem. Fair prices. I drive 40 min to specifically get my car serviced here, always the best.

DCH does it again

Professionalism, courtesy, promptness, not a high pressure atmosphere. And my car was fixed quickly and I was not sold unnecessary services.
